Large plasma TV in the lounge large American fridge/freezer in the kitchen with ice and cold water dispenser. Master bedroom has large plasma TV and own patio doors to a terrace overlooking the surrounding area and the pool.

Changeover day
Flexible during off peak months. Saturday - Saturday is preferred during the main holiday season. Departing guests must vacate the property by 10am to allow cleaning of the villa. Arriving guests can arrive at the villa from 2pm.

Bathrooms: Downstairs bathroom consists of jacuzzi bath, steam cabin/shower cubicle WC and wash basin.
Upstairs bathroom consists of walk in shower, WC and vanity unit.
Kitchen: The kitchen is well equipped with large American fridge/freezer with ice and cold water dispenser, washer, cooker with halogen hob, microwave and granite work surfaces.
Living Rooms: Large lounge with 2 leather settees, large plasma TV with 36 English channels and 14 radio, DVD player, lounge also has air conditioning.
Other: Large conservatory/dining room which overlooks the swimming pool and has a ceiling fan. Master bedroom has patio doors overlooking the surrounding area and the pool, also upstairs there is a large terrace at the side of the property.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Towels and bed linen are included. The property is cleaned thoroughly after every rental and the towels and linen are changed. The pool is cleaned and tested once a week.

Notes on accommodation
The swimming pool is gated off to provide safety for children. No smoking is allowed in the villa. The villa is fully alarmed and a safe is fitted.

Accessibility
The villa is not suitable for people with mobility problems.

Outside
The pool area has a large 4x3m gazebo with a table and chairs, double setee, single chair for relaxing. Also in the garden there are sunbeds with cushions and a brolly and a Stone Built Charcoal barbecue.
The pool area also has a 5/6 person jacuzzi hot tub which has various relaxing jets & a mood setting light, an easy lift cover is also fitted to the hot tub.
The gazebo and garden light up at night. The pool can also be lit up at night. Stepping from the pool is a stone table with 4 double bench seats. To the side of the property is another table, brolly and 4 chairs.

Coast/Beach
The local beaches are all within 10 mins driving distance: La Zenia beach, Mil Palmeras, Pilar De La Horadada and Campoamor. Also La Manga is 45 mins drive from the villa.

Golf
There are 3 Golf Courses close to the villa: Villamartin Golf Course, Las Ramblas Golf Course and Campoamor Golf Course. All of the courses are within easy driving distances from the villa.

Travel
Murcia airport is the closest being only 20 mins away. Alicante airport is also an option being 45 mins away. Car hire is recommended. Airport pick ups can be arranged.

Distances
San Miguel is the closest village being 2 mins drive away. Haberneras shopping centre at Torrevieja is 15 mins drive away.

Further details
San Miguel has numerous shops, bars and restaurants. There is a fish and chip shop, a Chinese restaurant, Indian and a la carte restaurants plus many Spanish tapas bars. 3 banks with cash point machines. Numerous shops a cake shop, tobacconists, pie and pasty shop and supermarkets. In Torrevieja there is a Water Park and go karting for the kids. Also in San Miguel is a leisure centre with tennis courts and a football pitch. There are markets every day all within driving distance of the villa.
The Mar Menor and La Manga are all within easy driving distances too. Also villa martin plaza is 5 mins drive away where there is plenty of night life and loads of bars and restaurants. Within walking distance of the villa is a social club and pimientos grill as seen on the TV

Booking notes
A 20% deposit is required to secure a booking (Non Refundable).The final balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to your arrival. A £200 sterling breakages deposit is required And Must Be Paid In Before Your Arrival and will be refunded Within 2 weeks later after checking the villa. A fee of 100 Euros is to be paid upon arrival for cleaning of the villa.
