Our brand new townhouse built over three floors overlooks the 14th fairway of the Nuevo Portil golf course and offers modern and stylish accommodation for 6/8 people. From the patio garden a gate leads onto a large outdoor swimming pool and children's paddling pool, set in well laid out gardens. The rear patio area has an enclosed fence and gate to ensure young children can play safely and there is an outdoor table and chairs for alfresco dining. This is a non smoking house. smoking is only allowed on the patio.

Paved terrace area with large table and 6 chairs. There are two pools, a toddlers pool and a full size pool which is shared.
Coast/Beach
Nuevo Portil offers a varied landscape. 14km of unspoilt coastline with fine white sand and a calm sea, the beach at Nuevo Portil is protected by the Flecha del Rompidio, a 12km long and 150m wide sandbank which is accessible by boat only, making the beach ideal for families.
Plenty of cycle paths for the keen cyclist.
Varied water sports are available from the beach, fishing, sailing, windsurfing and the very popular kite surfing.
Golf
Nuevo Portil is a relatively new prestigious development around the 18 hole, 5,841m 71 par golf course.
The 2 El Rompido courses are a 5 minute drive. Further afield are Istantilla, Isla Canala, Bellavista and Dunas de Donana.
Travel
Faro Airport is approx 1 hour drive. Seville Airport is approx 1 hour 30 mins drive.
Distances
El Rompido is the nearest village, with a pretty fishing harbour, which is 5 minutes by car.
Further details
Huelva is approx 18km from the property. It has a wide variety of shopping including the department store: El Corte Ingles. Carrefours supermarket is 10 mins drive away where you can purchase all your needs from food /clothing/electrical and many other items.
The city still remains a certain maritime air. On the outskirts, at La Rabida, you can visit the monument to Columbus donated by the USA. The monastery of La Rabida is where the Columbus’s ideas were talked through, voyages decided upon and final details worked out. The building is open all year round to visitors.
The most visited attraction in Huelva is Muelle de las Carabelas, a wharf where you can see replicas of the Pinta, Nina and the Santa Maria which Columbus sailed when discovering America.
One of Huelva’s more bizarre features is a whole quarter designed by English architects, called the Barrio Reina Victoria. It was constructed by the Rio Tinto Mining Company in the early 20th century to house British workers. A truly strange experience more akin to Aracia Avenue, England than an Andalucian town.
Booking notes
A deposit of 20% is required at time of booking, balance to be paid 2 weeks before arrival. A returnable sum of £200 is required if no damages or loss of contents is found.
