Our property is set on a premier golf course which will be hosting the Spanish Open in 2008. Surrounded by grape vines and lemon trees and overlooking the mountains of the rustic Spanish countryside, this is the perfect position for a relaxing holiday. The apartment is set next to the landscaped pool area with its own maintained garden and private courtyard, ideal for entertaining or hiding away from the world! The apartment is fully furnished to a high standard with a traditional exterior and clean contemporary interior. Consisting of 1 master bathroom and an en-suite, a second bedroom and bathroom and a fully fitted kitchen boasting modern appliances, including a washing machine, dishwasher etc. The living area includes Sky television and a DVD player. The property has a secure alarm system and security emergency buttons. La Finca is located near the towns of Algorfa and Orihuela and is only a short journey from its sister golf courses at Villa Martin and Las Ramblas.

Fresh linen and towels are provided on arrival and the property will not be entered again until your departure. It can be arranged for additional cleaning if you require but will incur an extra charge for this service. |
Notes on accommodation
The apartment also has a secure alarm system and security emergency buttons. All windows and doors also have grills. We also have a key holder on site for any emergencies or problems.If the idea of golf fills you with dread, we have plenty of information in our apartment on local facilities and useful phone numbers. There is plenty of activities if you have children such as tennis courts and waterparks and handily the beach is only 10 minutes drive away. With Torrevieja on your doorstep and beautiful historical Alicante a close drive away there is plenty to do if you so wish. For the party animals there is a vibrant nightlife in Torrevieja or for the more relaxed of mind, try out one of the many unique and wonderful restaurants from the 5* club restaurant to the local eateries close by. Choice is as diverse as Hungarian to Chinese to Tapas and everything in between. Local activities swimming, tennis, walking, sailing, cycling, fishing, horse riding, golf, windsurfing and lots more!

Accessibility
Our property is accessible for indviduals with mobility problems as it is a ground floor apartment. The car park is only seconds away. The one problem you may find is that there are about 5 steps to the front door and you may need assistance with these. If you require a ramp it may be possible for me to obtain one before your trip from our key holders. Please contact me with any requirements you may have and I am positive we could find a soloution for almost all your needs.
Outside
The apartment includes both a private garden and courtyard. The courtyard is a beautiful sun trap filled with fruit trees and is ideal for wiling the afternoon away with a good book. The landscaped garden overlooks the swimming pool and sits beneath a shaded porch which is perfect for giving your children a bit of secure freedom.
Garden furniture includes table and 4 chairs, 3 deck chairs and 2 lounging chairs. We also have an outside tap and hose for filling our paddling pool which is perfect for cooling off little ones. Theres also a sprinkler system that comes on nightly to keep the garden fresh for the next day.
Coast/Beach
Our apartment is situated by car 10 minutes from golden beaches and (on foot!) 2 seconds from the swimming pool. What more could you ask for!
Golf
This apartment is on a Championship golf course which will be hosting the Spanish Open in 2008. Situated 30 minutes from Alicante or Murcia airports, La Finca was opened in 2002 and is set alone in its own valley with breathtaking views. This long challenging course with its magnificent greens and water features will make you want to return again and again. It is also conveniently situated only a short journey from its sister golf courses at Villa Martin and Las Ramblas.

La Finca is based just a mere 30 minute drive from Alicante or Murcia airports.
Distances
La Finca is located near the towns of Algorfa and Orihuela which although quiet, have good restaurants and all basic facilities (internet cafes, supermarkets, banks etc). With Torrevieja on your doorstep and beautiful historical Alicante a close drive away there is plenty to do if you so wish. For the party animals there is a vibrant nightlife in Torrevieja or for the more relaxed of mind, try out 1 of the many wonderful restaurants from the 5* club restaurant to the local eateries close by.

On the La Finca development, there are bars, a restaurant (with more to open very soon) a supermarket, pharmacy and a number of banks.
Booking notes
Please note there is an additional cost of 50 Euros to be paid to our cleaning company. You can pay us this up front on booking or once you reach Spain. A deposit of £150 will be required before receipt of the keys. Once the keys have been returned to us after your trip and, dependant on breakages and damage to the property, your £150 deposit will be returned to you. If you cancel your trip with less than 6 weeks notice, the £150 deposit will be forfeited.
