This southwest facing holiday home has its own small garden with gate leading directly to the gently sloping freeform toddler pool less than a few metres away. Among the lovely gardens where you can sunbath on the lawns there is also a large freeform adult pool. The tranquility of the gardens is a pleasant change from the hustle and bustle of the resort's main sandy beach, shops and restaurants, a short, level walk away. You may enjoy privacy within your own secure garden inside the complex. This is a holiday home that does not need the use of a car. Everything is in walking distance and we can arrange for a taxi to and from the airport so the driver of the family can enjoy the holiday too. We have the usual British TV channels including BBC and Sky Sports, and various toys and games to amuse the children. Clean fresh drinking water on tap in the kitchen makes for a care-free holiday. Within the safe gated private complex one has ones own private covered parking.

Notes on prices
The price is for 4 people per week in UK pounds.
An extra child will be £50 per week. £200 damages deposit is required. Lazydays is very suitable for long winter lets as it has heating and discounts are available.
The price includes a very reasonable allowance for electricity usage with the air-conditioning. However the electricity meters are visible and will be read. If your usage is excessive you will be charged extra. We are trying to reduce our carbon footprint.
Changeover day
Our changeover days are totally flexible. We like guests to leave by 10am on the morning of departure. Guests should not arrive before 4pm on the day of arrival unless by prior arrangement to allow for cleaning.
| Bedrooms: | Bedroom one has a large and very comfortable double bed. It has air-conditioning and a wall fan. The double casement doors lead to a private balcony from which to watch the sunsets. Bedroom two has twin beds, shuttered windows and air-conditioning. |
| Bathrooms: | The large family bathroom with shower over has wc, handbasin and bidet. It is upstairs with the bedrooms. Downstairs there is a conveniently situated cloakroom with basin and WC. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen has all the usual facilities including fridgefreezer, gas hob, electric oven & microwave. A fresh water filter system means that pure drinking water is on hand at all times. No need to buy and bring back heavy bottles of water from the shops! |
| Utility Room: | The washing machine, iron and ironing board are found here. The new electric instant water heater means there is no gas boiler to worry about. Spare bottles of gas in light-weight aluminium are for the hob & BBQ. Cleaning tools and materials are here. |
| Living Rooms: | 2 sofas and 2 easy chairs. British TV channels including BBC1, ITV1, Ch 4, 5, and Sky Sport 1, 2, 3. DVD player with small DVD library. The dining table set seats 6. The dining table can be extended. We have a high chair for baby. |
| Other: | The small balcony off the main bedroom is ideal for breakfast or a romantic evening meal while watching the sunset. The double sectioned living room allows for both a quieter area as well as TV watching. Own laptop can be used at internet cafes nearby. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
The villa is cleaned between lets. The bedlinen and white bath towels are changed weekly. Please do not use these as swimming towels. There is a small stock of spare beach towels to borrow, but please return them to the cupboard clean. |
Notes on accommodation
Lazydays is a small family home and is ideally situated for all members of the family. It is set within a very safe gated environment with landscaped pools and gardens. Lazydays at 5 metres away is the nearest property to the toddler pool so it is easy to keep an eye on your children. Everything is designed for relaxing lazy hazy days of summer. It is especially suitable for families with young children as it is within very easy walking distance of the lovely Arenal sandy beach. A popular place at all times of the day or evening for families with children. The communal pools include a wonderful shallow toddlers pool for relaxing with your youngsters. We have provided lots of baby equipment including wooden cot and sprung mattress, highchair, baby monitor, sterilizer and lots of toys. We have built a small sand-pit in the garden to enjoy.
Accessibility
Lazydays is suitable for both young and old because it is on a flat plot with a very short level walk to the lovely sandy beach, shops and restaurants. Although one does have to go upstairs to bed, the stairs are very wide and gentle. There are WCs on both floors and we have baby safety gates at the top and bottom of the stairs.
Outside
Lazyday's own garden is secure for the children, being fenced and gated. Inside the fences are hedges to provide privacy.
There are tables and chairs for both relaxation, with your favourite book and for enjoying a meal with the family. There are sunbeds and sun shades available. Cooking outside is easy on the instant gas BBQ. No charcoal to light! The sandpit is surrounded by low walls which can be used for seating. In the corner of the garden is a large wooden hut containing beach mats, toys, buckets and spades for the sandpit and many other useful accessories for your holiday.
There is a shopping trolley as the shops are so near and within 5 minutes easy walking.
