Outside

Tastefully planted front garden/patio tiled in traditional Spanish terracotta. Uninterrupted view of the pine ravine. Modern patio furniture to accommodate six with permanent stone BBQ in situ for alfresco cooking.
Coast/Beach
The local beach (Carabassi) is literally 2 minutes by car. It is a blue flag sandy beach with sand dunes and pine shaded areas with picnic and BBQ facilities. Adjacent to the beach there is also a tranquil nature reserve (El Clot). The beach has also a number of high season beach bars which welcome the evening in by spinning the decks with chill out music. For the more energetic there is plenty of activities such as diving, windsurfing, fishing, paragliding and sailing.
Golf
The Costa Blanca South is a golfers paradise. The location of this particular property was chosen primarily for proximity to the beach however first rate road infrastructure offers easy access to many top golf courses - Villamartin, Royal Campomar, La Finca, Alenda golf, to name a few. The coastal route of 332 provides accessability to all of the about within 20/25 minutes. Maps detailing routes to all the key golf courses are readily available in the property, a set of clubs has been left at the property for the clients convenience. If pre-arranged, golfing with a society, as clients choice, is also easy arranged.
Travel
Alicante airport is 10 minutes by car. Murcia airport 45 minutes by car. We recommend car hire to all our clients in order to maximise the holiday experience in this wonderful region, however this is not essential because once at the property there is an excellent choice of restaurants and bars.
If the client chooses car hire we have many cost effective recommendations. Airport pick up and drop off can be arranged for 15 euros from Alicante, fee on application from Murcia Airport.
Distances
Santa Pola, 5 minutes south of Gran Alacant, is a traditional Spanish fishing village, which offers beautiful local cuisine and shops. Every Monday and Saturday hosts a wonderful fresh produce market.
Alicante city is 15 minutes north and offers everything one expects from a modern city- shopping malls, hypermarkets, the modern marina is home to many exquisit restaurants.
Benidorm is 40 minutes north on the motorway with many family attractions such as Terra Mitcica, Aqualandia and Mundamar.

All facilities are within walking distance from the accommodation. Supermarket is a 3 minute walk and caters for those intending to self cater. There are numerous restaurants we would recommend in particular, the Argentinian steak house, Coco's pizzeria, buffet Chinese. New live music bar with pool darts etc. The commercial centre has first class international cuisine with chill out bars and live entertainment, ice cream parlours, children's soft play area and shops.
Booking notes
Non-refundable deposit of £100 (150 euros) to secure dates 8 weeks prior to client arrival, all outstanding balances must be paid in full. To ensure the accommodation is kept to an extremely high standard (fully refundable on inspection of property), a damage/loss deposit of £100 (150 euros) is required. Guest are advised to take out Holiday Insurance as the owners accept no liability for Injury or Loss of Valuables.
