Towels (but not beach towels), linen, sheets, covers , households, are provided. Cleaning is every Saturday morning, when sheets & towels are changed. |

Air conditioning in the living area, reaching all the bedrooms. Sorry, no pets please.

Gardens with large swimming pool, grass area around, private caffe on the border of the pool, and large private playground for children (basket-ball, ping-pong, swings, slide, etc).
Coast/Beach
The beach is only 2 minutes walk. Beach is sandy and splenderous. It goes until the next village, Malgrat, bordering the sea for more than 7 Km. It is the largest sandy beach of Costa Brava.
Special interest holidays
Blanes is one of the most picturesque villages of Costa Brava. Its harbour is very famous for being one of the most famous fishermen“s harbours of the whole coast. You can have a nice fishing experience ,by getting in touch with the fishermen and try a day“s work in the sea.
Travel
Airport: 30 miles (Barcelona), 12 miles (Gerona).
Direct access by train from Barcelona airport.
Distances
A very nice nearby village is Tossa de Mar. You can go by public boat. It is a very nice trip as the coast is very beautiful. If you want night entertainement, the nearby villa of Lloret de Mar (5km) is perfect. In the area you have all around very typical Catalan restaurants, charming & non expensive.
Further details
The area is surrounded with shops, supermarkets, restaurants and cafes. The apartment is 5 minutes walk from the historical centre of the village and at only 2 minutes walk from the large sandy beach of Blanes (ideal for children). Blanes is very well communicated with Barcelona by train (trains nearly every hour, the trip taking 1 hour) and by road (direct motorway).
