Our holiday home is situated within beautiful orange and lemon groves with fantastic views of the surrounding area. The holiday home is close to our local village (1km) and is only 30 minutes from the city of Valencia which has stunning architectural buildings, designer shops, beautiful blue flag beaches, parks, gardens and bars and much more. To fully appreciate the grandeur of Valencia a car is essential. There is so much to see and do if you want to explore, or you can just relax and unwind by our pool, the choice is yours. Whatever you decide you will be sure to enjoy your stay with us.

Notes on accommodation
Our holiday home is child friendly but all children under 12 years of age must be supervised by an adult in and around the swimming pool and pool table at all times. There is a no smoking rule inside our holiday home at all times, you may smoke outside.

Accessibility
I'm sorry but our holiday home is not suitable for people with mobility problems.
Outside
Outside our holiday home you have your own deck area with table, chairs and parasol. You have full use of our shared swimming pool, pool table, sun loungers, darts etc etc. There is also a gas barbecue and covered lounge area for your use. If you are with us when the oranges and lemon trees are in fruit you can help yourself to as much as you can eat (please).
Coast/Beach
The beaches of Valencia boast high quality standards that have made them famous. There are more than 100km of coastline with a large number of seaside towns and villages for you to explore.
Golf
There is El Bosque 18 hole golf course nearby or a 9 hole course at Manises as well as others a bit further afield.
Travel
We are approximately 30 minutes away by car from Valencia airport [Manises]. 40 minutes away from Valencia city and beaches. 2 hours away from Benidorm and its many attractions. To enjoy all that Valencia has to offer, a car is essential.
Distances
Our village with its historic buildings etc. is approx 1km away. We are 10 kms away from Villamarchante. The GP race track of Ricardo Tormo is appox 15 minutes away. L'oceanografic and other places of interest are approx 30 minutes away.

There is an information folder in the holiday home that has full details of local restaurants, supermarkets, market days, banks and activities within easy reach of Pedralba.
Booking notes
On booking with us we will require a deposit of 20% and the full balance paid on arrival in euros. For special event bookings i.e moto GP, Tomatina etc. we will require payment in full when booking.
