This spacious and bright finca style villa is located on the coast road between Moraira and Calpe. Set back off the road with security gates and parking for 3 cars. The garden is landscaped with terraces, with plenty of places to sit to guarantee you sun all day long! The garden is well maintained and wonderfully fragrant with jasmine climbing over the outside shower along with orange and olive trees. The property is on 2 levels, with the lower level being completely self contained with its own kitchen and bathroom. The fishing village of Moraira is 4km along the lovely coast road, where you will find plenty of fabulous restaurants, bars and shops. Moraira has a lovely marina with elegant yachts, and fishing boats catching fish daily. Calpe is 5 km along the coast road the other way. This is a larger town with a beautiful beach and again plenty of restaurants and bars and of course the famous Calpe Rock, which if you are feeling energetic you can climb right to the top of!

Changeover day
High season Saturday, but flexible out of season. Arrival from 4pm, vacate by 10am.

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 - master bedroom has large English oak double bed, with large built in wardrobes and view over the pool.
Bedroom 2/3 - twin beds, large built in wardrobes, views over the pool and gardens.
Bathrooms: Bathroom 1 - on the upper level has large bath with overhead shower, large sink and toilet.
Bathroom 2 - on the lower level has walk in shower cubicle, large sink and toilet.
Kitchen: This simple but elegant kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, gas hob, electric cooker, microwave and dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker. Leading into the dining room it is perfectly siutated within the middle of the house.
Utility Room: The washing machine is situated seperately in a utility room located under the house. Pegs and washing basket are provided.
Living Rooms: This lovely room is very bright and airy with ceiling beams, open fireplace, traditionally built in round shape with views to the sea. Decorated very cool and simple with an L-shaped sofa, complete with throws, matching cushions, satellite TV, DVD and CD.
Other: Beautiful 'Naya' style dining room with English oak dining table to seat 8 situated at the front of the house with panoramic views to the sea and Calpe Rock, overlooking the pool and gardens. A cot and highchair can also provided at a small hire charge.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
All bedlinen(except for cot) and towels are provided. Please bring own beach towels. The villa is throughly cleaned between rentals. If your stay is longer than 1 week a linen change/towel change can be provided, to be paid locally. Welcome pack provided.

 

Notes on accommodation
Prices include electricity, gas water, tea towels, pool and garden maintenance. All rooms have traditional wooden shutters on the windows. A cot if required, can be hired for a small charge of £30 per week.

Accessibility
The villa is reached by a set of steps to the lower level and then round and up a further set of steps to the upper level, so would be unsuitable for anyone requiring wheelchair access.

Outside
The plot is 1200 sq mts - large. There is an outdoor private shower, 8 x 4 metre private pool. Plenty of chairs, sun loungers and tables are provided complete with parasols, so that you can relax amongst the fragrant jasmine, pine trees, palm trees and olive trees. Built in brick BBQ. There is a small play area for younger children complete with swings, see-saw and sand pit. There are also rubber rings and floats, along with buckets, spades etc provided.

Coast/Beach
The villa is situated a 2 minute walk from the beach called Cala Advocat, which is a small bathing bay, ideal for small children. Cala Advocat also benefits from a beach bar where you can enjoy a jug of sangria and the most amazing paella!
If you are looking for a bigger beach then Moraira beach is 4km along the coast. Beautiful sand and fabulous waves early evening if you fancy trying your hand at body boarding. Moraira also offers scuba diving and jet skiing.

Golf
Golf Ifach 3 minute drive.

Travel
There is a choice of 2 airports: Alicante 80km or Valencia 100km. Both of which have numerous carriers flying regularly from all UK airports. For reasonable prices for car hire visit victoriacars.com. They are located in the multi storey car park at both airports making car hire hassle free.

Distances
Moraira is 4-5km away along the coast road. Calpe is 5 km.
Nearby towns are Teulada (5km). Javea (10km) Denia (15km)
Nearest supermarket is 200m walk. Nearest restaurant (Chinese), is 250m walk. Benidorm (60km).

Further details
There are some fabulous restaurants to visit, some of my favourites are The Olive Tree, El Pescador, Del Mar and El Karma lounge, all situated in Moriara town. Originally a fishing village, Moraira is now a small resort ideal for families or couples, surrounded by white washed villas, nestling in the Alta mountains and overlooking fine sandy beaches, calm seas and rocky coves. There is a weekly market on a Friday morning, where you are sure to pick up a bargain to take home or some fabulous local produce.
Benidorm is approx 60km if you fancy a vist to the waterpark Aqualandia, which is great fun if you have children with you.

Booking notes
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking. The remaining balance along with a £200 security deposit is required 8 weeks prior to arrival. The security deposit will be refunded to you within 10 days of your departure less any deductions for breakages and or losses.
