This fully furnished family farmhouse is set in idyllic surroundings. It is part of an old established family estate of cattle grazing with storks nesting in the trees in the garden in springtime. North 1.5km is the Alconales National Park (migratory route, bird watchers paradise, spectacular spring flora). South nearest beach 20 mins walk across country -drive 10 mins. Historic port of Tarifa 5km. Excellent shops, restaurants. Lovely beach at Bolonia adjacent to Roman ruins. Many other secluded beaches. Within easy reach of the famous Andalusian white villages. This is rural Spain of cattle, horses, flamencos and ferias. There are many places to visit. Jerez, sherry bordegas, Spanish Riding School, historic cities and towns. Within a days driving - Cordoba, Sevilla, Ronda, Ubrique (leather work) and Gibralter.

Payment can be made in Sterling at the current rate of exchange.
Changeover day
Saturday is changeover day though this is flexible out of season. Arrival at 5pm and departure at 11am. All efforts are made to accommodate variations of arrival and or departure as requested.

Towels and linen provided. Changed once a week. Property will be cleaned on exchange. Housekeeper residing nearby will assist by private arrangement. |

Coast/Beach
Dos Mares - extensive sandy beach for swimming at all times. 20 mins walk across rural track or 10 mins drive. Wind surfing, kite surfing, sailing (school of instruction adjacent). Backed with 2 excellent hotels with restaurants. Many accessible and secluded beaches of which Bolonia is special with the Roman ruins - it is backed by a fishing village with excellent restaurants.
Golf
Palmosilla is less than an hours drive from some of the finest golf courses in Europe - Valderrama, Montenmedio, Sotogrande.

Malaga 157km. Gibralter 44km. Jerez 106km. Sevilla 192km. Car hire essential.

Algeciras 26km. Cadiz 101km - historical naval port. Jerez 106km - sherry bodega tours, Spanish Riding School, Flamenco. Vejer 50km - white village. Medina Sidonia 80km white town. Coto Dona Ana National Park 286km rare Llynx habitat, flamingoes, wild fowl migratory route. Sevilla 192km Cathedral, Alcazar and Easter Festival and processions.
Tarifa 5km is the nearest town. Historic castle, ferry port to Tangier, Cathedral, excellent shops, supermarket, restaurants, bars.
