Lounge with dining area has satellite TV (analogue), video and CD stereo equipment. There is a woodburning stove and patio doors lead out to the naya. |

Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: |
All linen and towels are provided except for beach towels.
Linen is changed weekly and the property is cleaned between lets. The pool is cleaned every few days by the owner. |
Notes on accommodation
The villa is ideal for two families with children to share. We have cots and a high chair. The windows to the bedrooms all have mosquito screens. Fans in every bedroom during the summer. Starter supply of logs provided in the winter as well gas heaters.

Outside
The villa is set in mature grounds with the pool (10m x 5m) and terraces at the front as well as another terrace at the back. There is a barbecue area and tables and chairs for al fresco eating. Sunloungers.
Coast/Beach
Nearest sandy beach is 10 mins drive. There is a marina in Denia - 15 mins drive.
Golf
La Sella 18 hole championship golf course 5 mins. drive.
Other 18 hole courses at Javea - within 15 mins drive and Oliva - within 30 mins drive.
Travel
Valencia and Alicante airports are a little over an hour away.
Distances
Jesus Pobre is a 5 minute walk away.
The towns of Denia and Javea are within 15 mins drive.
Benidorm with it's theme parks is about 30 mins drive.
Further details
The immediate area and the Montgo National Park are ideal for walking. A day exploring the countryside a little way inland is highly recommended - the scenery is stunning.
