Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday with arrival time of 4pm and departure time is 10am.

Outside
The south facing private pool is solar heated and has a tiled sunbathing area with sun loungers, shade is available from the pagoda and retractable canopies on the front and rear terraces. The large outside summer kitchen is fitted with a gas barbeque, fridge, sink and dining area. There are gardens to the front and north side of the villa which include fruit trees. There is private parking for one car as well as on street parking.
Coast/Beach
The sandy Arenal beach is only a 5 minute drive from the villa.
Golf
La Sella international golf course is a 15 minute drive with the Javea nine hole golf course only a 5 minute drive from the villa.
Travel
Alicante airport is a 1 hour drive with Valencia airport about 1 hour 10 minutes.
Distances
Javea is a short drive to the towns of Denia and Moraira and the beautiful Jalon valley. Terra Mitica theme park and Aqualandia Water Park are 30 minute drive.
