Ground floor apartment with private garden and off road parking, complex is fully enclosed with security gate/intercom entrance, safe and ideal for families with small children.

Accessibility
In the middle of the complex between the 2 pools and close to parking. Ground floor apartment, all on 1 level but with 3 steps to garden entrance.
Outside
Communal gardens with water features, outdoor swimming pools, children's splash pools and park, paddle and tennis courts, spa and fitness centre.
Coast/Beach
The blue flag beach of Vera Playa is just 4 mins by car offering over 7km of quiet golden sand, with lifeguards and beach bars from June to September. A small part of the beach is classed as a naturist area. Many other excellent beaches just a short drive away including Puerto Rey, Mojacar and San Juan. Also the Cabo de Gata National park with many beautiful hidden coves is 45 minutes away by car.
Golf
Apartment is located within a short drive of 4 golf courses that suit all levels of golfer.
The courses are:
Cortijo Grande, 9-hole soon to be 18, a relaxed but challenging course set amongst orange groves and hills.
Desert Springs, 18-hole par 72.
The Indiana course is the first desert course in Europe.
Marina golf in Mojacar, 18-hole par 72, this 18-hole course has 9-holes located next to the beach which are flat and the remaining 9-holes on the side of a small hill.
Valle de Este, 18-hole par 71 course, is a good combination of challenging holes and fantastic views.
Skiing
Sierra Nevada ski resort is about 2 hours by car.
Special interest holidays
Diving: The Almeria coast is famous for its diving and the variety of undersea wildlife, Villaricos is known for its crystal clear warm waters and its fabulous diving. There are 2 PADI dive centres in Villaricos and many on Mojacar Playa.
Further down the coast, the Cabo de Gata is the only place of maritime-land character throughout the entire community of Andalusia. It has one of the most amazing land and seascapes on the Almeria coastline.
The waters here are packed with a fantastic variety of fish and visibility is normally excellent. Expect to see snappers, pollacks, grouper, ocean sunfish, barracudas, eagle rays, morays, brown meagres, moray eels, conger eels, white breams, and many red sea fish.
There are some spectacular wreck dives you can do here, although due to strong currents, you'll need a PADI Advanced cert. (or equivalent).
Travel
Almeria airport, 45 mins.
Alicante and Murcia airports, 90 mins.
To make the most of the beautiful area, a car hire is recommended.
Distances
The historic town of Vera with it many shops, restaurants, local market and bull ring is 5 mins by car. Mojacar playa, bars and restaurants are 15 mins by car. Traditional fishing town of Garrucha, marina, promenade, market, shops and lots of fish restaurants, 10 mins by car. Vera Aqua Park, 2 mins by car. Further afield the historical city of Almeria, 45 mins. Granada, Alhambra Palace, 2 hours drive. Many other historical places in Almeria state within 1 hour's drive.

Prices are per week in UK Pounds. £100 non-refundable deposit per week secures your booking. Balance payable 6 weeks prior to departure along with £50 refundable key and security deposit (refunded on return of keys). If less than 6 weeks full payment and security deposit required on booking.
