There are two twin bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms and hospitality tray. Just 15 mins from award winning beaches of Gandia playa and resort with plenty of restaurants, bars and amenities. Valencia is only 1 hour away and Alicante 1.5 hours. Excellent access to coast as well as inland Spain. Comfortable climate all year round. Welcoming family run bed and breakfast with comfortable rooms including hot or cold air conditioning.

Both rooms have 2 twin beds in them and en suite shower rooms. Hospitality trays are provided with own kettle as well as self catering facilities on the terrace outside where you can take your breakfast/meals. Includes microwave, toaster, fridge and if required, gas BBQ. Splash pool on upper terrace (seasonal) and own access so that you can come and go as you please.

Notes on accommodation
Hot and cold air-conditioning in both rooms. Extra beds and cots available at an additional supplement. Suitable for children, can provide safety gate for upper bedroom.
Accessibility
Owner has 15 years experience of caring for mentally and physically disabled people. Suitable therefore for the disabled, however not suitable for anyone immobile from the waist down due to spiral staircase provided for own access.
People requiring wheelchair use when out of the house can access the property. Not suitable for permanent wheelchair users.
Outside
Outside terrace provided for guests as well as use of upper terrace, if required including splash pool to cool down in the summer heat. There is also a municipal swimming pool within the village, 5 mins walk. Barbecue is available and outdoor furniture on the terrace. Signed walkway right outside the rear entrance of the property, which is part of the countryside trails that surround the bed and breakfast and the village of Terrateig that dates back 2000 years, with many Roman artifacts still remaining.
Coast/Beach
15 mins drive from blue flag beaches of Gandia which is part of the Costa Azahar, also including Tavernes, Oliva, Xeraco. 40 mins drive to Javea and 1 hour to the busy beaches of Benidorm on the Costa Blanca.

Oliva Nova Hotel and golf course 30 Kms from Terrateig with 36 holes.
Gandia Golf course -centre of Gandia 15 kms from Terrateig with 6 holes.

We provide walking/cycling holidays with a fully qualified guide from the local area including rental of bikes and safety equipment. David Bellamy style flora and fauna trail. Sea fishing days with experienced fisherman, equipment provided.

Valencia airport, 60 kms 1 hours drive.
Alicante airport, 100kms 1.5 hours drive.
Car hire or use of car is recommended for this area, though we also provide a chauffeur service.

Within ancient village of Terrateig.
Gandia town including Ducal Palace is 15kms with plenty of shops, restaurants, bars and all amenities. Historic town of Xativa with moorish castle 20 kms. Algar waterfalls in Callosa d'en Sarria 50kms. Caves of Benidoleig dating back more than 50,000 years 30kms. Vergel Safari park 25kms. Lladro - home of the famous porcelain 50kms.
Further details
Local shops in the village of Terrateig and next village of Montichelvo include, bakers, butchers, chemist, hairdressers, supermarkets. Market day in Terrateig is Thursday for fresh fruit and vegetables. Local vending vans visit various days of the week. In the nearest town of Gandia you will find many banks, shops, supermarkets etc and full amenities.
