It features a fully equipped open plan kitchen and dining area, a stylish en-suite bathroom and double bed with separate dressing area, a lounge area opening onto a private patio equipped with a garden table a chairs to enjoy morning breakfasts under the shade of an olive tree or romantic candlelight dinners. The outdoor patio leads directly through a garden stair into a sundrenched lush garden setting provided with sundeck chairs and a complemented by a deep blue swimming pool. Set in the calm and tranquil hills of Vallpineda, this oasis is a great spot to unwind from the hustle and bustle of Sitges, just 15 mins walk or 5 mins by car to Sitges village.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
We love Vallpineda, because it is a centrally located residential suburb just above Sitges old inner village which makes it convenient to access to the old town. Parking is not a problem for those who arrive by car and a plus is the private 24 hours security patrol service. We have turned this original Spanish house into a comfortable home tastefully furnished and decorated with the inclusion of family artwork and collectibles from our travels to Southern Europe and Africa. We have given special attention to outdoor spaces and garden with its exuberant growth.
Unique benefits of the property
For those who wish to enjoy a relaxed afternoon reading under the shade of a tree, a selection of English books are available in the apartment. Linen and bath towels are changed every mid week, We also provide beach towels and umbrellas so that you can travel light. Under request we can add a cot and high chair for couples with babies at no extra cost.
