There are 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and air-conditioning in the lounge and master bedroom. The villa is 40 minutes from the famous theme park Port Aventura, 30 minutes from the tourist area of Salou and 1h 30 mins from the vibrant cosmopolitan city of Barcelona. The natural park of the Delta Ebro is within 25 minutes and is famous for wild species such as flamingos and a favourite for bird watchers. The villa is situated conveniently 35 minutes from Reus airport and 1h 40 mins from Barcelona.

The entrance to the villa from the road is via 7 steps, therefore not suitable for wheelchair users.

The Urbanisation Las Tres Calas is situated directly on the Costa Dorada. There are 3 beaches 10 minutes from the villa and many others along the coastline. L'Ametlla and the urbanisation has 3 blue flag beaches.
