This beautifully restored cosey apartment is located in the Barceloneta district of Barcelona old city "Ciutat Vella" within yards of the beach and still only 15 minutes walk to the Ramblas or less than ten to El Born. It is in a quiet area by night (in a noisy city!) and you are on the doorstep of the city's best seafood restaurants. Barceloneta is considered by many tourists to be the most charming part of Barcelona city centre. It's a truly authentic barrio and featuring an amazing combination of city culture with the relaxed atmosphere of the Mediterranean. The air-conditioned apartment has a modern bathroom with hydro-massage shower, office kitchen, spacious lounge-dining area, balcony with a table and two chairs and double bedroom. Equipment includes a small stero, tv and DVD player with selection of films and music, books and games.

Notes on prices
Prices shown are for the property per night in Euros. Bookings of 7 nights or over receive a 10% discount. In addition certain periods of the year are super peak periods - major conferences (the apartment is near to the Fira) Easter and New Year and the first two weeks in August. For these periods the price of the apartment is fixed regardless of the number of occupants and is 180 euros per night or 1100 euros per week.

Lounge with sofabed 1m50cmx1m40cm I prefer and only recommedn the apartment to couples.
Bathrooms: Nice modern bathroom with hydro-massage shower, incl wc(Hairdryer and towels provided).
Kitchen: Hob and microwave with grill.
Living Rooms: The living room is an L shape with lounge dining room combined and the kitchen in the L.
There is a sofa and two chairs, coffee table, small dining table and chairs which can be taken out to the balcony. TV, CD, radio & tape player, DVD.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
The property is serviced before you arrive and after you leave, there is no need to do any cleaning - just take out your rubbish.
All towels and linen are provided, though please use your own towels for the beach (a beach kit with large mat is provided).

 

Notes on accommodation
The apartment is on the second floor with no lift. The staircase is narrowish and old but in reasonable condition. The apartment was fully refurbished and modernised in 2002 and redecorated and improved for 2005 with air conditioning.

1 min walk to Barcelona beach.
25 mins in train to either Costa Brava or Costa Dorada.
