Changeover day

Large patio and small garden area complete with table and chairs and 2 sun loungers. Communal pool just a few feet away and additional children's pool. Set in beautiful landscaped gardens.

Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is Triana which is approximately an 8 minute walk along a quiet road. This is fairly quiet beach with an excellant restaurant. For a busier beach Cabopino is about 5 minutes in a car. Sun beds and umbrellas are available for hire. There are several restaurants as you travel along the coast with many more beaches and secluded spots.

Golf
Several excellent golf courses in the area. Cabopino, La Cala Resort, Marbella Golf & Country Club, La Quinta and many more. Green fees are generally 65 Euro - 75 Euro all year round.

Travel
Malaga airport is approximately 44km away or about a 35 to 40 minute drive. Car hire is recommended. Taxi from the airport to the apartment will cost you about 40 Euro.

Distances
Marbella 10 minutes by car. Puerto Banus about 15 minutes by car. Busy spot of Fuengirola is about 12 minutes by car and has a lovely zoo. Parque Acuatico (water park) is situated just before Fuengirola. The beautiful mountain town of Rhonda is about a 45 minute drive along a winding road.

Further details
Open Cor supermarket is located on the opposite side of the motor way and can be reached on foot. It is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Village Inn restaurant is located in the square just a few steps down from the apartment where you will also find a small shop, hairdresser and internet cafe. There are a few other restaurants within walking distance and several others located along the coast. Elviria is the next exit off the motorway where you will find restaurants, another supermarket, some shops, a hairdresser, dentist, pharmacy, hardware shop, drycleaners and a bank etc. There are lots of things to do in the area for example a visit to Fuengirola zoo or the water park, Tivoli world, Rhonda and the beautiful hilltop town of Mijas with its grotto.
