We are a beautiful 2nd floor apartment in the idyllic town of San Pedro. We are a 5 minute walk from a gorgeous nature reserve that has hundreds of flamingoe on it during the summer as they stop here on their migratory path to Africa. Lovely views over the pine orchard, we overlook everyone and are not overlooked by anyone. I have checked all our competitors prices and whilst we are not the cheapest, we cater for everything. Hair dryers, plug adaptors in all the plugs, a comprehensive first aid kit with plenty of plasters. Quality and comfortable furnishings, plenty to do for the children, books, games, lego, pens,paper,films etc. We truly have gone the extra mile and you will see it as soon as you walk in. Expensive cushions on the loungers (not the cheap thin ones), our attention to detail has left no stone unturned. One of our guest described it as "Your perfect apartment". We can even arrange airport transfers, taxi services while you are out there and assistance on the phone 24/7.

Changeover day
Saturdays or Sundays please. I will consider midweek during quieter periods.
Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 has a lovely comfortable double bed with ample pillows. A large double wardrobe with lots of hangers & drawers as well. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds, double wardrobe & also plenty of hangers and drawers. Ceiling & stand fans in both rooms. |
| Bathrooms: | What can you say about the bathroom !! It's got a loo!! It's even got a bath, shower, wash hand basin and a bidet for cleaning your flop flips! (Nearly !) |
| Kitchen: | Cooker, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, extract fan and every possible cooking utensil, pint and wine glass you can think of. We even have plastic cups and utensils for the smaller ones! |
| Utility Room: | Brand new washing machine for your use. Please also store your suitcases and golf clubs in here. |
| Living Rooms: | Lovely living room with 21" TV, DVD & lots of films, stereo with CDs & tapes, 2 x ceiling fans & air con as well. Very comfy sofa-bed with extra pull out single bed under that. Dining table & 4 chairs. A very serene & calm room to enjoy. |
| Other: | The front balcony has a lovely table & chairs with outstanding views over the pine tree orchard. We also own the roof (sun) terrace which has a bench, 2 loungers and a shower - we are not overlooked at all so don't be shy! |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
We supply all bed linen and towels and beach towels as well. The rental price includes for all cleaning of all linen etc so all you have to take is your speedo's and bikini's and enjoy! |
Notes on accommodation
We have a travel cot for very little guests and 2 sets of golf clubs for extra hire to save you taking your own. With the weight restrictions that most airlines impose these days we find this has been a godsend to a number of golfers. There are good directions to local restaurants and beaches all in the apartment. There is a wide selection of family DVDs for you to watch and some lego, pens and paper for the kids too. There is also a load of easy reading paperbacks to read and plenty of decent CD's and tapes to listen to. (Madness, The Jam, Luther Vandross and plenty more). We don't smoke and would really appreciate you not smoking inside the apartment itself. However - out on the balcony, no worries. The balcony is nice and safe for smaller children, especially if you lock the stair grille so they can't physically leave the apartment.

Accessibility
I'm afraid we are on the 2nd floor, so disabled users - hey - you are more than welcome, but it might be a struggle getting up there guys. Absolutely no offence intended.
Outside
We own the roof as well and it is great up there. There are solar lights, sun loungers and my beautiful bench (well I like it anyway)! The views are great, to the rear you can see the sea, the side looks over the whole complex and the front looks over the pine orchard, luvvley jubley!
Coast/Beach
3 minute drive or a 15 minute walk will take you to a very quiet sandy beach with lifeguard protection. No shops or kiosks so take some drinks etc. A little further away (20 mins walk-5 mins drive) is a more commercial sandy beach at Lo Pagan, still very pretty but with shops and food/drink kiosks. Can get a bit busy but as Siesta time (1300hrs-1700hrs) it is quieter. Mad dogs and Englishmen and all that! All of this is covered in a nice glossy brochure I will send you on reciept of a deposit.
Golf
Golf is amazing out here and within 30 minutes you can get to so many courses. We have 2 sets of clubs (one set of Regal clubs and one set of Dunlop clubs) that can be made available for your use, free of charge, although you will have to supply your own balls, tees and glove. La Sarena Golf- 15 mins away. Tough course with water hazards on 16 of the holes. I love this course and play well on it despite the hazards, Full directions in the apartment. Roda Golf- 17 mins away. Stunning course, narrow fairways. I found this one really hard to play. Golf Campoamor 20 mins away, relatively easy, pleasure to play. Nice course, not too demanding. La Manga, Torre Pacheco, Villamartin, La Marquesa, Las Ramblas & La Finca Golf- all very close as well. There are detailed & easy to follow driving directions to each course inside the apartment, please contact me for contact details for each course so that you can book your tee time in advance of you going (advisable).
Special interest holidays
Special Interests - lazing by the beach, sipping sangria on the balcony, shopping in the air conditioned hypermarkets, mooching down the markets, meandering through the nature reserve, watching the flamingoe, there is just so so much to do out here. You will fall in love with this place.
Travel
Nearest Airport is Murcia San Javier which is only 12 minutes drive. Alicante is further to the North and about 50 minutes drive. You can get here from Luton, Stansted, Gatwick, East Midlands, and plenty more. I can advise on good car hire places located within the Airport terminal, just ask!
In our brochure I have taken photos and written a detailed description of how to get from the Airport to the Apartment, you only have to follow the pictures - you will not get lost.
Distances
I have drawn up a brochure with lots of info that I will send once I recieve a deposit. Lidl supermarket is a 10 minute walk, with a great Spanish supermarket directly opposite. The beach is 15 minutes walk. San Pedro town is 10 minutes away and Lo Pagan is 25 minutes walk. There are buses and we can give you the numbers of English people that provide taxi services out there. We can tell you where to get free taxi's to the beach and much much more.
