Four bedroom villa with private pool, mountain and golf views. Situated on the Mijas Golf between La Cala and Fuengirola. You will find plenty of entertainment, restaurants and bars in the bustling town of Fuengirola. La Cala village is more peaceful but there are lovely restaurants and bars. The beach of Fuengirola is just 10 minutes drive away with the holiday resorts of La Cala, Marbella, Benelmadena, Torremolinos all offering excellent beaches for swimming wind surfing and other water sports.

Changeover day
We have a preferred day of Saturday for the changeover but can be flexible when available. On day of arrival you may not be able to enter the villa until 14:00 you will be required to vacate by 10:00 on the day of departure.

Kitchen: There are 2 fully equipped kitchens with cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave. There is a dishwasher in the main kitchen.
Living Rooms: The large open plan lounge/dining area with TV and DVD is light and airy with 3 large patio doors leading onto the veranda over looking the pool area and the golf course.
Other: There is a second fully equipped kitchen just off the pool area, which is ideal for all your hot and cold drinks or barbeque preparations.

All linen and towels (plus pool towels) are included in the price. There is a weekly maid service which includes a change of linen and towels.

Outside
There is a kidney shape pool approx 9x4 in the well maintained garden, this is accessible from steps leading from the veranda off the lounge/dining area and doors leading off the down stairs kitchen. There is a barbecue and outdoor furniture. There is also a roof terrace with views of the surrounding area.

Coast/Beach
The beach of Fuengirola is just 10 mins drive away with the holiday resorts of La Cala, Marbella, Benelmadena, Torremolinos all offering excellent beaches for swimming windsurfing and other water sports. All of these holiday resorts are within easy reach, approx 30 mins drive. The award winning beach of La Cala is approx 10 mins by car.

Golf
The villa is situated on the very edge of Mijas Golf course, which comprises two 18 hole courses, Los Olivas (18 hole par 71) and Los Lagos (18 hole par 72) Los Lagos has wide fairways and greens with lots of water hazards. Los Olivas is a tighter course not as long but the tougher of the 2, both courses are available to the visitor. A few mins walk will take you to the clubhouse. A number of other courses are situated a short drive away all of which must be a challenge to the amateur golfer

Skiing
The Sierra Nevada is approx 2 hours drive away.

Travel
Malaga airport is approx 30 mins drive away from the villa, with the availability of low cost flights from all major airports within the UK. Whilst a car is not strictly essential it is recommended to enable the holidaymaker to explore the Costa del Sol.

Distances
Many of the holiday resorts, La Cala, Fuengirola, Benalmadena, Torremolinos and Marbella are only a short drive away, with the gateway to the Mediterranean Gibraltar only 1 hour drive. All these resorts are suitable for all ages, having good amenities and can offer excellent beaches restaurants bars and nightlife, with shopping centres that include stores, hypermarkets and traditional Spanish markets.

Further details
You will find plenty of entertainment, restaurants and bars in the bustling town of Fuengirola. La Cala village is more peaceful but there are lovely restaurants and bars. Both Fuengirola and La Cala have supermarkets, banks and weekly markets. Only a 5 min drive from the villa is the Myramar shopping complex and multi cinema. Every type of shop can be found here, along with a fantastic choice of restaurants.

Booking notes
At the time of your booking you will be asked to pay an initial deposit of 25% of the total cost of the property. The balance of the holiday cost must be paid at least 6 weeks prior to departure. If you arrange your holiday within 6 weeks of travelling then full payment is due with your booking.
We require a damage deposit of £300 payable on arrival which will be refunded at the end of the holiday subject to there not being any breakages beyond normal wear and tear.
