Front garden with patio and stoned in front, plastic table and chairs with cushions, 2 sunbeds and 1 deck chair.
Coast/Beach
2 beaches within 5 mins drive, although parking can be difficult in peak season El Mohon beach is a sandy crystal water beach on the Mediterranean about 20 mins walk. Lo pagan (also around 20 mins walk) beach is part of the Mar Menor with clear shallow waters and great views, also some great walks. There is also the mud baths at Lo Pagan and the mud does wonders for your skin!
Golf
Plenty of championship golf courses 3 of them between 10- 15 mins drive away including Villamartin, Campomor, Las Ramblas.
Travel
Nearest airport is Murcia around 15 mins drive away; car hire is recommended but not essential, as there is a taxi service available and a bus station nearby.
Distances
Distance to the town and supermarket is around 10 mins walk, there is a small English shop nearby.
Booking notes
£50 deposit with booking balance to be paid 14 days before arrival, at this time we will also require £100 deposit incase of damages which will be refunded immediately after your stay, as long as everything is left in good order.
