Changeover day
I am not stuck to a Saturday arrival or depature and will look at requests for other days. However in July the preferred booking dates are 1-15 July and 16 - 30 July. In August 1 or 2 - 15 or 16 Aug and 16 - 31 Aug.

Please book in advance if you require the following as we may not be able to accommodate if you request them during your stay. Mid stay linen change (per person per change) - £9.50. Beach towel (per towel) - £5. Maid service 15 euros per hour. |

The villa has central heating for winter use and ceiling fans for the summer.
If you are travelling with children and wish to hire equipment we can collect it and leave it at the villa ready for you. Please book in advance as the items are subject to availability.

Outside
The garden has sunbeds, pool with underwater lights, summer BBQ kitchen and outdoor shaded dining area for seating up to 16.
Coast/Beach
The sandy beach of Javea is a 15 minute drive away in the busier months and about 10 minutes at other times.
Golf
18 hole La Sella Golf Course is less than a 10 minute drive away. The Marriott Resort and Spa located at the Golf Club, is a perfect distraction while the others play golf.
Travel
Alicante or Valencia airports are about a 1 hour drive. A car is essential at this villa for getting to and from the airport, getting the shopping and going out to the port or beach areas of Javea.
There are local restaurants within walking distance of the villa.
Further details
Within walking distance is a small supermarket and various restaurants serving good value 3 course "menu of the day" meals for less than 12 euros.

25% to book the villa with the balance 8 weeks before departure. A refundable £500 is required before arrival.
