Situated in the centre of Garcia, a small, quiet village on the banks of the River Ebro, renowned for Cat and Carp fishing, walking, bird watching and great wines. This apartment is two miles up river from the town of Mora D’Ebre. Garcia itself has all amenities including a bank, 2 grocery stores, patisserie, chemist, 2 bars, 1 with a large terrace. It also has an excellent restaurant. Located in the province or Tarragona, Catalunya, Garcia is 50 minutes drive south of Reus airport and 2 hours south of Barcelona. The port of Salou and Port Aventura is near to Reus airport whilst 25 minutes to the west of Garcia is the elegant marina costal resort L’Hospitalet De L’Infant with its fantastic golden beaches. The accommodation can sleep up to four people and includes: Twin bedroom, Large lounge with a further two pull out beds, Fully equipped kitchen/diner with French doors and balcony and WC/shower room. RyanAir fly from both Stansted and Luton airport to Reus daily

Reus airport is 45 minutes by car. Car hire is recommended.

Mora D'Ebro is 3 miles away. Miravet Castle is 8 miles. Barcelona is a 2 hour drive by car. The prioret wine region is 20 minutes drive away. Universal Studios Theme and Water Park is approximately 45 mins away. The Roman town of Tarragona is a 50 minutes drive from Garcia.

There are a number of supermarkets a 2 mile drive away. Whilst in the actual village there are 2 grocery stores, a bakery, bank, 2 bars, 1 with a large terrace. The village also has an excellent retaurant. Mora D' Ebro itself is a 3 mile drive away and offers a variety of shops, bars, cafes and restaurants.

A spacious clean and modern apartment that still retains the beautiful old original beams and character. A quiet village to unwind with all the facilities you need and a great restaurant. A good base to explore from Mr and Mrs J. Gloucester.
