Accessibility
The apartment/complex should be suitable for people with mobility problems although it hasn't been specially constructed/adapted.
Outside
Communal swimming pool (for residents only) with children's area/jacuzzi for use between May and October. Roof solarium with beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea and the salt lakes. Barbecue facilities are also available. Restaurant/bar on the complex offering a variety of food, for example pizzas, burgers etc. They also offer a 3 course meal consisting of soup, fish, lamb or chicken and desert and drink as another example for around 11 euros (approx £7).
Coast/Beach
The luxuriously built Lodosol complex is situated near the Mar Menor and the Las Salinas conservation area. The apartment is situated on the coast therefore there is a vast array of beautiful beaches nearby. The nearest beach to the apartment is within a 10 minute walk. On most of the beaches there are childrens play areas and watersports available. Lo Pagan and San Pedro Del Pinatar are the nearest local areas which are within easy walking distance of the complex.
Golf
In the Mar Menor area there are many golf courses, some of which are competition courses. Most of these are around 15 mins from the apartment. La Manga Beach Club, Campoamor, Las Ramblas, Golf de Villamartin, and Polaris golfing resorts to name a few.
Special interest holidays
The Mar Menor is ideal for water sport enthusiasts. Activities include water skiing, windsurfing, diving, jet skiing, canoeing, sailing. Excellent for golfers too. The Mar Menor is great for birdwatchers too as there is a vast array of Flamingos and various types of birds
Travel
St Javier airport only 15 mins away by car. Alicante airport only 45 mins away by car.
Distances
San Pedro Del Pinatar is the nearest local village which is less than 5 min drive/10 min walk.
Murcia approx 15 mins drive.
Cartagena 30-45mins drive.
La Manga 20-30 mins drive.
Torrevieja 30 mins drive.

Many restaurants/ bars nearby, both Spanish and English. Supermarkets, banks etc within easy walking distance of the apartment. Check out the nightlife in Lo Pagan (mixture of Spanish and English people) or Cabo Roig (more English)
Leisure activities, Boat trips, coach trips to Benidorm, Cartagena and the surrounding areas, football pitches, bowling alley, cinema. Paint-balling and go-karts in the surrounding area. Water park in Torrevieja and Murcia.

Booking notes
A £100 deposit is payable at the time of booking, to be retained as a security deposit until a satisfactory inspection of the apartment has been completed.
Full payment must be completed 8 weeks prior to commencement of holiday.
Guest comments
Your apartment was finished to a high standard and in a very nice area which seemed to be mostly Spanish, not at all touristy. It gave us a chance to try a bit of basic Spanish even if Paco (the restaurant owner) did get a bit confused with us! Have to add that his paella was fantastic and we ended our holiday on one along with his cheesecake which he would not allow us to say no to plus some very very strong brandy from an unmarked bottle. As for next year we would like to look at taking the same 2 weeks!

Superb short break, apartment and complex very nice. Lo Pagan offers a great night out for those wanting to dance the night away, or if not there are other places too. Nice beaches and a visit to the mud baths is a must
Had a brilliant holiday, the apartment is great. I will be recommending it to my friends because it is ideal for golfing.
