Villa overlooking the town and coast of Calpe. It is south facing and boasts sunshine all day long. Sleeps up to 12 people and it is ideal for 2 families or large group sharing, as it has 2 separate self contained apartments. 1st floor and ground floor, each apartment sleeps 6. Both apartments contain their own modern bathrooms, fully fitted kitchens and lounges with dining areas. The 1st floor apartment has French doors which lead to a large balcony with seating area which overlooks the pool and boasts fantastic panoramic views. The ground floor apartment also has French doors which lead to a large terrace and swimming pool which is surrounded by palm trees and ample sun beds. There is also a side door which leads to a covered terrace or naya which also has a shaded seating area and sea views. All windows are new and have protective mosquito netting installed. Villamacca is situated in its own private plot and has electric gates for added security with ample space for parking.

Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. £75 per week supplement is required for the 11th and 12th persons.
Changeover day
Saturday is the preferred changeover day and arrival and departure times can be agreed.

| Living Rooms: | First floor lounge contains 2 sofas, Television with satellite TV, DVD player and ample DVDs supplied, HI/FI system and a dining area with seating for 6. The ground floor lounge contains all the same facilities as above including double sofabed. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
The villa internally and externally are cleaned thoroughly every Saturday. The beds are changed with clean bedlinen every Saturday also, and all towels including ample beach towels are supplied weekly. The swimming pool is cleaned twice weekly. |
Notes on accommodation
Villamacca has 2 separate apartments and both can be rented separately during the off season. The villa contains mobile air-conditioning units and fans for all rooms. The main double bed bedroom has a new fixed hot and cold air condition unit fitted. The villa has the benefit of gas heating. The villa is perfectly suitable for children and a cot is available if necessary. An excellent welcome pack is included on arrival for both apartments containing fresh fruit, milk, fruit juice, mineral water, bread, butter, ham, cheese, tea, coffee, sugar, bottled water and a good bottle of wine. DVD, movies, reading books and books of interest and local information literature are also supplied.
Accessibility
The property is built on a flat plot but has 4 steps leading to a terrace which has access to the ground floor apartment and may not be suitable for people with severe mobility problems.
Outside
Villamacca benefits from a large 8 metre by 4 metre private swimming pool which is surrounded by terraces and palm trees. There is a tiled gas barbeque/summer kitchen with 2 seating areas and a terrace, there is a garden to the rear with fruit trees and clothes drying area and an external washroom. All areas have sufficient appliances and furniture.
Coast/Beach
Villamacca is about a 15 to 20 minutes walk or 3 minutes drive to 2 amazing blue flag beaches both patrolled by lifeguards and containing many sport activity areas and water sport facilities.
Golf
La Sella is an excellent local 18 hole golf course which is about 15 minutes drive from the villa, and there is another excellent 18 hole golf course near Benidorm which is about 20 minutes drive from the villa. There are also two 9 hole golf courses within a 10 minute drive from the villa.
Travel
Calpe is about 50 minutes by car from Alicante airport and about 85 minutes from Valencia airport. Both airports can be easilly reached via the AP7 motorway. Car hire is recommended for sightseeing.
Distances
Villamacca is situated about 2 kilometres from Calpe town centre which takes about 4 minutes travel by car. Calpe is situated on the Costa Blanca and has a number of coastal towns and villages nearby and within a short driving distance - including, Moraira, Javea ,Denia, Altea, Albir and Benidorm. The furthest of these towns is about a 25 minute drive.
Further details
Calpe has about 600 restaurants and bars with varied menus to suit all tastes. It also has many large supermarkets for
convenient shopping. There are numerous banks and designer shops and plenty of nightlife. Calpe is famous for its amazing Penon De Ifach the northern rock of Spain. This rock is spanned on either side by 2 long glorious blue flag beaches with long promenades brimming with restaurants and bars. Calpe also has numerous excellent water sport facilities on offer also, Rock Climbing, Hang gliding, Horse riding, Bowling, Golfing, Trekking, Cycling, Tennis etc - almost something for everyone. During the summer season there are a number of Fiestas, carnivals and Firework displays. Calpe is also a 25 minute drive from the enchanting historic town of Guadalest which is built into a mountain overlooking a reservoir and hosts a castle, many gift shops, museums and restaurants - a must visit for everyone. Calpe is also close to the town of Benidorm with its vast array of cabaret night clubs and restaurants. Close by is a brilliant theme park which easily rivals Alton Towers, an incredible water park, a fantastic nature park, an ultra modern go kart track and much, much more. We will supply you maps, leaflets and as much information as is possible for these venues. Transport to and from the airport can be provided for your convenience. Calpe has a train, bus and coach service to most destinations and car, motorbike, cycle hire if required. The owners live nearby and are on call 24 hours should you require their assistance.
