Skiing within 1½ hour's drive.
Travel
Gerona airport 45 mins by car. Barcelona 1¾ hour by car.
Transport can be arranged to and from local airports. Car hire is also available from all airports.
Distances
Roses is just 15 minutes by car and has a lovely beach and aqua park as well as many other attractions. The city of Gerona is 40 minutes by car. Figueras and the Dali museum is just 20 minutes.
Further details
Many restaurants, cafes and local shops all within walking distance. Numerous sporting activities including, golf, go-carting, tennis, horseriding, and diving along with almost all watersports are available in and around L'escala. Land trains run from Montgo through l'escala to San Marti dropping off at various beaches.
