There is also a pretty marina close by where further bars and restaurants can be found. The villa is fully air-conditioned and consists of 5 bedrooms, 3 of which are en-suite and a fully equipped kitchen.

Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Discounts will be offered for long winter lets. An additional charge of £20 per extra person per week will be made for parties exceeding 10.

Changeover day is flexible. Arrival time 15:30 hours, departure time 10:00. This may be flexible, depending on other bookings.

Outside
The villa stands in enclosed gardens and has a private pool, 3 metres by 9 metres and a BBQ. The roof top solarium can be accessed from inside and outside the villa.
Coast/Beach
The nearest EEC Blue Flag beach is a 2 minute walk away, however there are several beautiful sandy beaches within walking distance. The beaches provide watersports and all facilities.
Golf
The property is a short drive away from several golf courses, Las Ramblas, Villamartin, and Campoamor to name a few.
There is a very friendly and helpfull Golf Shop near the Pyramd roundabout who can organise green fees and transport to numerous local courses. They also rent out clubs at reasonable rates.
Travel
The nearest airport is Murcia San Javier, approx 20 minutes drive away. Alicante airport is approx 40 minutes drive away. A taxi from Murcia costs around 40 euros. Car hire is not essential.
Distances
The nearest nightlife is approx a 15 mins walk away, where there are plenty of bars and restaurants, on 'the strip'. The nearest main town is Torrevieja, which is approx a 10 mins drive away. Here you will find a market, a funfair, water park, an abundance of bars and restaurants and lovely beaches.
Further details
Car hire is unnecessary as there is a local supermarket a 2 minute walk away. On 'the strip' you will also find banks and shops and a medical centre.
Booking notes
In order to secure a booking a 25% deposit will be required and the balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. A damages deposit of £100 is required. A cleaning charge of 50€ is applicable on all bookings which is payable on arrival.

We had a fantastic time, the weather couldn't have been better. The location was ideal just a short walk to several beaches and the restaurants.
The villa was just what we needed, plenty of space for all of the families and excellent facilities. Great location as well – lovely to be so close to the beach.
Anyone looking for a relaxing beach holiday this is the ideal location. The nightlife was brilliant, but is just the right distance away to get to sleep on a night! Overall, 5 star holiday, we would definitely go again!
We we very impressed and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed the fact that it was in a quiet residential area but at the same time close to all of the amenities. We found the villa to be both comfortable and spacious and the outdoor area and pool were excellent.

About the owner
The villa is jointly owned by two families, and was acquired in 2004. We had a lot of work to do both internally and externally and it took us 12 months to complete to a rentable standard. Since then we have tried to improve our property year on year with the help of our guest's comments. We believe our villa offers great value for money, is ideally located and can provide all you would expect on a family holiday. It's an ideal base for two families who want a beach and private pool, local shops, night life,without the need of a car.
