The apartment is on the 2nd floor, however, access can be gained by either a life or stairs.
Outside
The complex has 2 large and 1 children's shared swimming pools surrounded by landscaped gardens. Sunbeds available. There is a snack bar available during the summer months. The apartment has a balcony with table and chairs for outside dining.
Coast/Beach
Sea and sandy beaches are across the road, and all along the coast in this area. Many of the beaches provide watersports such as scuba diving, jetskiing, paragliding etc. Most beaches provide sunbeds, umbrellas and even drinks.
Golf
Torrequebrada championship golf course is only a few minutes away, however, the nearby area is surrounded by many excellent courses such as El Chaperral, Mijas, Alhaurin etc.
Travel
Malaga airport is 15/20 minute drive. A car is not essential, as public transport is accessible/efficient/cheap. Car hire is available nearby which can be useful for day trips.
Distances
The location is ideally situated for day trips by coach/car to Malaga, Mijas, Ronda, Marbella, Gibraltar, Seville, Granada (all easily reached within 1 hour).
The apartment is located across the road from Torrequebrada hotel/casino; five minutes to the port of Benalmadena (restaurants, shops, bars, boat trips, aquarium) and to Tivoli world (fairground park), Selwo Marina, Paloma park and 10 minutes to Fuengirola (aqua park, zoo, Tuesday and Sunday markets).
