The property is very close (10 minutes walk) to the centre of town and also to the wild, but clean beach with the natural dunas. Also close to the marina and directly by the water canals. 1km to the local airport. Lots of activities in town are available including golf, horse riding, boat tours, kayak, skydiving, quads, ballooning, diving, windsurfing, kite surfing and bike tours. 150km from Barcelona. 1¼ hour from skiing in the Pyrenees.

Skiing is 1½ hour's driving fom Empuriabrava.

The nearest airport is Girona, the Airline to Girona is Ryanair or local airlines. 40 mins from Empuriabrava, by salida Exit 8. The next International airport is Barcelona 150km, 2 hours drive fom Empuriabrava. Bus and Train service. You can hire a car on from every airport!
Distances
We are verry close to Figueres the birth place of Salvadore Dali 15 mins driving and 40 mins to the Historie fisherdorp Cadaques. 7km to Roses were the traditional ambience is.

In town we have Lidel and Aldi supermarkets, lots of banks, restaurants: Thai, Chinese, Spanish, German English and Argentine along with shops.
