Changeover day
We try to be flexible on arrival days, but departure has to be by 10am, can only be later if previously agreed.

Notes on accommodation
The villa has a large sun terrace which gets the sun all day long, and two other terraces which offer some shade, but this villa is not suitable for children under two, as there are gaps in railings. Sorry, not suitable for wheelchair users as there are 15 steps down to the front door. Then all on one level. internet access is now available , please enquire about options.

Outside
3 outside terraces offering stunning views out to sea and surrounding country side. Private pool approx 10m x 3m with three steps down at one end. Shallow end. shaded terrace with sitting for four. sun beds and outside BBQ area and seating for four. two terraces get the sun from sunrise to sun set. not overlooked.
Coast/Beach
Beaches are 5 mins drive away with either private coves accessible down windey paths or the beach fronts of either Salobrena, Almunecar or Motril.
Golf
Local golf course is 5 mins from the house and can be seen in the distance from the villa. Situated right on the beach, offering good restaurant and outside bar facilities.

Skiing
Great skiing available Nov to march in the sierra nevadas which are approx 1 hour away. Good range of slopes, easy underground parking, lifts straight into the ski village. Good range of hire shops, restaurants and hotels. Caters for the beginner or the more experienced.
Special interest holidays
los mariscos golf course is five mins driveaway. It is situated right by the sea and offers 18 hole golf course. there are several great places to stop and have a drink or you can return in the evening and visit the 19th hole for a cocktail and watch the sun set.
Travel
Malaga airport 60 mins 90km. Necessary to hire car. Granada airport is also only approx hour away. Now motorway open all the way to Granada.
Distances
Granada is 45 mins on a good road, Malaga is 75 mins, Sierra Nevadas 60 mins and the Alpurras with all the lovely old white painted villages can be reached in 30 mins passing through spectacular countryside.
Further details
There is a good selection of restaurants in the old town of Salobrena itself or along the beach front. Almunecar is about 10mins drive offering more variety and nightlife, but still very traditionally spanish.

Deposit on booking required. Full payment before arrival please. Security deposit required refundable on departure after inspection of villa. Not suitable for under four year old children.
