Changeover day
Saturday to Saturday in main season. Arrival between 3 to 4 pm and departure 10am.

Accessibility
The pool level leading to lounge, kitchen, dining room, double bedroom with en-suite is accessed from the drive by 5 steps so suitable for certain disabled and elderly people.
Outside
The pool has Roman steps and fountain and is run by a computerised salt water system which requires no harmful chemicals and is much better for the environment and much gentler on the skin and espescially beneficial for children with excezma, this poolside terrace attracts sun all day long. By the poolside there is a shower, bar with fridge, sink and gas BBQ, there is a beautiful covered terrace leading to the lounge with conservatory suite and dining set. The pool is gated for child safety and the whole property is surrounded by high walls and a gate leading to the drive which is suitable for 2 cars.
Coast/Beach
Local beaches are reachable within 5 minutes by car, Moraira beach is a 10 minute drive and Calpe beaches 15 minutes drive.
Golf
Calpe golf club 5 minutes drive, Javea 20 minutes, Benidorm 40 minutes and Alicante 1 hour.
Travel
Alicante airport 1 hours drive, Valencia 90 minutes. Car hire is recommended.
Distances
Moraira 10 minutes drive, Calpe 15 minutes drive, Benidorm theme parks etc 40 minutes drive.

Saturdays to Saturdays only in peak season. Deposit of 15% required to secure booking and balance payable no later than 10 weeks prior to arrival. £300 returnable security deposit required. 1st cot is free.
