This villa stands on the hillside, looking down to the bay of Moraira, with a large private swimming pool, and secluded garden, a long enclosed drive for 6 cars, a built in Barbecue terrace to enjoy sea views while you eat. The extra large pool, and all terraces offer wonderful views of the sea and the vineyards, and so much space to spread out and enjoy a drink (or 2!) before going down to the port of Moraira for a splendid dinner or light tapas, or remaining around the pool for music and home cooked food, away from it all! We provide padded sunbeds, ideal for snoozing in the sun! Also all outdoor chairs have padded cushions, so no sticking to plastic! This is a real home from home, lots of space and sun or shade whenever you want it.

Changeover day
Changeover day is usually Saturday, but out of high season, (ie July/August) this is negotiable.
| Bedrooms: | All double bedrooms have either new queen sized beds, or new king sized beds. There is 1 bedroom with twin singles. The tower bedroom has its own large private solarium terrace, with sunbeds and wonderful views, to the sea. All have sofas or chairs. |
| Bathrooms: | All 4 bathrooms are new, with marble tops, bidets, hairdryers, tiled throughout. The main bathroom has a huge walk-in shower and spectacular views over the valley and hills. Another has a bath and shower, the other 2 have showers only. |
| Kitchen: | There are 3 kitchens, the main one has cooker, oven microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, in fact everything you would expect in a luxury kitchen. The other 2 are mini-kitchens with fridge, kettle, microwave and toaster. Cosy breakfasts for 2. |
| Utility Room: | Washing machine, tumble dryer, iron/ironing board, sink, boiler. |
| Living Rooms: | There are 3 large living areas, ie. 2 living rooms, and one kitchen/living area in the separate lower floor, (which leads onto the pool terrace) TVs, videos, satellite TV. Music CDs. All new high quality sofas, coffee tables and low level lamps. |
| Other: | There is a large private balcony off the tower bedroom, perfect for sunbathing, and a large BBQ terrace with views to the sea. This has a table and chairs for open air dining. All chairs have padded cushions. We even provide a huge Paella pan! |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
All bed linen is included in the price, as are bathroom towels, tea towels. The property is cleaned and linen is changed mid holiday on 2 week rentals. Beach towels are not provided. |
Notes on accommodation
This property is on a hillside is unsuitable for the infirm or very elderly, also babies prams would have difficulties with the stairs. There are room fans in every bedroom and ceiling fans in the main lounges, and the master bedroom The villa has security gates, and locks on every door. We advise clients to always lock all gates and doors. Our management company can provide high chairs and cots at a small price.
Accessibility
This villa is unsuitable for wheelchairs. There are 3 staircases, and the pool is on the lower level.
Outside
This villa has a private pool, (13x34ft) with Roman steps.
There are numerous patios, and seating areas, all have seats, and tables. The terrace around the pool has 12 padded sun loungers which look over the whole bay of Moraira. The Bar-B -Q terrace, shaded by a huge pine tree has wonderful sea views, and has a dining table and chairs.
Coast/Beach
The sandy beach at Moraira is only a 5 min drive (3.5 kms). There are cafes and restaurants almost on the beach, serving fresh fish and ice cold "cerveza". There are life guards, and children's activities here too. The beautiful new Marina is a 2 min stroll along the prom. There are many other sandy and stoney beaches and coves within a 10 min drive. The whole coast is dotted with coves, ideal for snorkeling/diving/and sunbathing.
Golf
There are 5 Golf courses, within a short driving distance. The nearest is a 9 hole course, in Moraira itself, 5 mins away. The world famous "La Sella" course, is only about a 10 min drive.

We offer details of an English beauty therapist, who will attend the villa for 5-star beauty treatments, e.g., full make-up, massage, manicure/pedicure, etc. Please ask if interested.
Travel
Alicante airport is just 75km away, (45 mins drive) and Valencia is about 1 hour 15 mins drive away. We recommend that clients book a car from the airport, and we will be pleased to give information on the best rental company at the time of booking.
Distances
The beach and harbour of Moraira, is just a short drive away, (5 mins) about 3.5 kms. Teulada the same. Benidorm 25 mins drive. Terra Mitica, 20 mins drive.
Further details
There are local shops a short drive away (2/3 mins) but most of the supermarkets and the village/town of Moraira, are a 5 min drive from this wonderful villa.
Booking notes
On booking this villa a 25% deposit is required. The remainder is payable 8 weeks prior to departure. A security deposit of £500 is required before departure, this is fully refundable on return after the villa is checked by our management company.
