The villa has a large open plan kitchen/family room, dining room and further lounge. 4 bedrooms, 2 en-suites and one family bathroom. The separate studio apartment is self contained with cooking facilities and shower/toilet room. It is situated in a quiet location and has a gated entry system with room for several cars. It has a separate utility area, gas BBQ and lovely gardens with fruit trees. Along with a magnificent sea view there are views over the local Ilfach Golf Course. The main house and apartment are fully air-conditioned and has a central heating system for winter lets. There are table and chairs on the terraces and umbrellas. The house and apartment and BBQ area are all surrounding a 12m x 5m pool.

Changeover day is Saturday to Saturday in high season, flexible at other times.

Notes on accommodation
As the villa and surrounding areas are all on one level and enclosed by a large electronic gate, it makes it a perfect villa for families. The pool area can be seen from all living rooms and apartment.
Accessibility
The villa has not been specifically adapted for people with mobility problems but it is on one level and has minimal steps inside. There are no steps outside and is very open and spacious, therefore making it ideal for all ages and those with limited mobility.
Outside
As you drive through the electronic gate onto the grounds of the property there is a sense of being in your very own private estate. There are 3 buildings - double garage with separate utility, separate apartment and main house with large shrubs and established lemon and orange trees. There is a large pool and outside shower. Gas BBQ area and open terrace with wonderful seaviews. There are several tables with chairs, umbrellas and sun loungers. The villa and gardens are not overlooked and the whole area has an open feel.
Coast/Beach
There are several small beaches along the coastal road to Moraira where there are 2 sandy beaches. These are within walking distance for the energetic, taking approximately 20-30 mins, but only 5 or 6 minutes in the car. There are also beautiful beaches in the surrounding villages of Calpe and Altea.
Golf
The end terrace overlooks the Ilfach Golf Course with several other courses in the close surrounding areas.
Travel
The nearest airport is Alicante, approx one hours drive away. or Valencia approx 90 mins. We can arrange car hire or taxi from the Airport.
Distances
The Town of Moraira is 5 or 6 minutes away in a car and Benissa 7 or 8 mins. The typically Spanish towns of Benitatchell and Teulada are only 10 minutes away and the breathtaking countryside of the Jalon Valley with its wonderful Bodegas and Market only 30 minutes.
Further details
The nearest supermarket is a large Pepe La Sal only 5 minute walk away or 2 mins in a car. There are too many great bars and restaurants to mention here but we have put our favourites in the information pack at the villa. Moraira has banks, clinics, vets, supermarkets and Tourist Information Office. It has a distinct cosmopolitan feel and a market every Friday. In June it hosts the famous Moors and Christians Festival with various other fiestas throughout the year.
