A spacious privately owned villa situated in the quiet much sought after area of Ambolo, Javea just a short drive from the beautiful Ambolo beach, the villa is set over two floors with 2 bedrooms upstairs and 3 downstairs and having an internal staircase, it has a large heated pool with far reaching views that can be enjoyed from both levels of the villa.

Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. The villa is available on arrival from 5pm and should be vacated by 10am on departure, however these times are flexible depending upon other bookings.

Outside
The villa is in a tranquil position, its large gardens contain many different plants and trees including many shady palm trees. The swimming pool is private with wonderful sea views and a large poolside terrace with ample sun loungers. New from October '08' a tikki hut with plancha, fridge and dishwasher a great place to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner with seating for 10 people.
Coast/Beach
There are 4 beaches close by, Ambolo beach is a 5-10 minute walk, Granadella is a 5 minute drive as is the beach at La Barraca, and the large Arenal beach is 8-10 minutes by car.
Golf
Javea golf club is a 15 minute drive away and La Sella is approx 25 minute drive.
Travel
Both Valencia and Alicante airports are an hours drive away with both airports being serviced by most of the budget airlines including Ryanair, Easyjet and Jet2. Car hire is highly recommended.
Distances
The beach at Javea is an 8-10 minute drive and the port area is another couple of minutes from there. The pretty town of Moraira is a 20 minute drive as is the larger town of Denia, and for those wishing to find the bright lights of Benidorm a 35 minute motorway drive will take you there.
Further details
Close by are many interesting towns and villages including the historic cliff top castle at Guadalest built by the Moors around 300BC. Most of the local towns and villages have a weekly market and fiestas (festivals) throughout the year. Karting and quad-biking are available locally. Snorkeling and scuba, and various boat trips are available off the coast of Denia and Javea. For the children big and small, how about a day out at one or all of these fun parks. The Aqualandia water park, Mundomar Marine Animal Park and Terra Mitica Theme Park can all be found at Benidorm. El Vergel Safari Park is about 20 mins by car. There is horse riding available nearby. Head to the caves at Benidoleig well worth a visit.

25% deposit required at time of booking with the balance paid 8 weeks prior to commencement of rental period together with a £250 refundable security deposit.
