“Selviejo” is the name of a quaint little stone cottage nestled in the mountains just half an hour from Santander. Completely renovated and fully equipped, it can accommodate 4 people who are looking for rest and relaxation. “Selviejo” is located in a spectacular valley just off the main road from La Cavada to Puerto de Alisas. A number of world class golf courses (Pedreña - Seve Ballesteros) are less than a hour away. The cottage itself is surrounded by a beautiful forest. The top floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room-dining room complete with a woodstove. Downstairs you will find 2 cozy bedrooms and a full bathroom. The house is heated and there is running hot water throughout the house. For your entertainment a TV with satellite channels, DVD and hi-fi system is provided. There is a large fenced-in garden complete with lawn furniture and a covered eating area complete with a built-in barbecue. A washer and dryer are also available to guests.
