Temperature control in the lounge and bedrooms maintain either cool or warm air automatically according to your preferred settings.
We are non smokers and ask that you refrain from smoking in the apartment.
Accessibility
There is an underground car park with designated parking place for 1 car, access from the security gate lifts are provided to the ground floor (floor 2) there is one step into the lift lobby from the car park. Access to the apartment terrace through sliding doors whidh presents just a small ridge for a wheelchair.
Outside
The development walkways are lined with citrus trees and evening lighting. There is a large pool and a smaller children's pool with an adjacent jacuzzi. Poolside showers are provided prior to entering the water. Also sunbeds are available for guests use.
Coast/Beach
There are 3 beaches within 10 min drive alll having beach bars and other facilities.
Golf
Cabopino Golf Course is adjacent to La Reserva. There are also numerous other high quality courses all within a short drive.
Travel
Malaga airport is just 26 miles and takes about 25mins. Car hire is recommended if you are to take advantage of all that the local area offers.

Further details
There is an excellent air-conditioned shopping mall at La Canada just off the A7 after the exit for Marbella. Puerto Banus is the place to go for nightlife, designer clothing and shoes. There is a selection of restaurants along the harbour front where large yachts from alll over Europe are moored.
Booking notes
25% deposit is required to secure a reservation. The balance is payable 5 weeks before occupation. Less any charges will be returned within 14 days of departure.
Guest comments
We would highly recommend this apartment for a family holiday, we have a 6yr old and a 9yr old and had a really enjoyable time. The location right by the pool was ideal for the children with the added bonus of the garden. The apartment is beautiafully modern with everything you would need, this is a great base for exploring the local area and beaches. We had a great time.
Wonderful time we had at Graham and Daphne's apartment, very relaxing views spectacular, can't wait to go again. Doreen and Colin
