The villa is ideally situated only 20 minutes from Malaga and 25 minutes from Marbella and it's beaches. Close to a variety of local bars, restaurants and amentities. The villa was built by it's owners and completed in 2006 - it has been finished to a very high standard and is located in the exclusive Sierra Gorda urbanization and commands uninterrupted views towards the mountains and the village of Coin. Being west facing, it gets the best sunsets.

Booking notes
Arrival day is flexible (Saturday only July/August). Prices are inclusive of electricity, water and heating a deposit of £130 per week booked is required at time of booking and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

WE LOVED OUR STAY AT YOUR VILLA BEST ONE SO FAR OUT OF 5 VILLAS WE WOULD LOVE TO PENCIL IT IN FOR NEXT YEAR SOMETIME IN JULY.
Just a brief note to say many thanks for letting us stay in your lovely villa - it was everything we needed and we really enjoyed our stay there, especially after the trauma of Sam being in hospital the day before we were due to go!
The villa was furnished and completed to an excellent standard and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to friends and family.

We are an English family who lived in Spain for 6 years so we have much local knowledge. We built our Villa ourselves in 2005 and paid much attention to detail. We have now moved back to the UK but still very much the time we regularly spend at the villa.
