A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking with the balance due 8 weeks before the start of your holiday. A £300 bond deposit will also be required at this time.
Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday although this maybe flexible with prior consultation with the owner.

All rooms have air conditioning throughout.
Accessibility
There are steps leading up to the property from ground level so unsuitable for wheelchair access.
Outside
There is a lawned area to the rear of the property with children's playhouse, swing, slide etc. A large terraced area with table & chairs is accessed from the open plan lounge area. There is also a cane sofa and chairs on the covered terrace overlooking the pool and 6 sun loungers/reclining chairs around the pool and on the upstairs terrace.
Coast/Beach
The villa is within walking distance to the nearby beach and has excellent connections to the highway. There is a large sandy beach at Torre Del Mar backed by a lovely promenade and many international restaurants including traditional Spanish, Italian, Indian, Chinese, Argentinian, Mexican, French, Moroccan and vegetarian. A variety of water sports are available on the beach at Torre del Mar and others at nearby Lake Vinuela where you will find a national park.
Golf
There are two 18-hole golf courses approx 10 minutes drive away. Baviera Golf and Anoreta Golf.
Skiing
Granada and it’s fabulous Alhambra can be reached in under 2hrs as can the snow-capped mountains of the Sierra Nevada which is famous for its excellent skiing.
Travel
Malaga is the nearest airport and is approximately 40 minutes drive away. Car hire is essential if renting this villa.
Distances
Torre del Mar is just 10 minutes East and Benajarafe just 5 minutes West.
Further details
The nearest village is Benajarafe which is well serviced with a bank, supermarket, numerous beach bars (chiringuitos) and restaurants. Torre del Mar is just 15mins drive East.
Booking notes
A 25% non refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance is payable 8 weeks before the start of your holiday. A £300 returnable bond deposit should also be paid at this time. The villa is available from 4pm and guests are asked to vacate no later than 10am. There is a Meet and Greet service but guests arriving after 8pm will be asked for a €30 surcharge after 10pm its 50 Euro. A welcome pack is provided.
