This beautifully furnished 2 bedroom ‘Villa Estilo’ is situated in a prime location, close to all of the resort amenities, i.e. supermarket, town centre, bars and restaurants and the clubhouse and golf course. We have made every effort to ensure that all of your holiday needs will be catered for to ensure that you have a relaxing and enjoyable stay for families, groups of friends and golfers alike. The resort incorporates the following facilities: 18 hole Jack Nicklaus designed golf course, stylish clubhouse, restaurants, bars, communal swimming pools, tennis courts, superb supermarket and health/beauty pharmacy. There are also many children’s play areas located within the resort.

Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. A 10% discount is offered for a re-book. We also offer weekend rates, subject to availability.
Changeover day
Changeover day is usually a Saturday but we can be flexible upon request.

| Bedrooms: | Both bedrooms 1 and 2 have the option of twin or super king sleeping arrangements in order to cater for couples and singles alike. Each are equipped with double wardrobes with drawers and ceiling and upright fans. |
| Bathrooms: | En-suite bathroom to bedroom 1 with shower, washing basin, WC and bidet. Main bathroom, with bath/shower, wash basin, WC and bidet. |
| Kitchen: | Cooker, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and all other utensils required. |
| Utility Room: | Washing machine/storage area. |
| Living Rooms: | Extendable dining table seats 6, 2 leather sofas (including sofa bed), flat screen 32" LCD TV, satellite TV (UK Channels), DVD/CD player, air-conditioned. |
| Other: | Hire of all baby equipment can be arranged, with costs payable locally. 2 sets of golf clubs are available for guests use at the villa. |

Towels and linen are included in the price. Beach/pool towels are not provided. Final clean is 60 Euro charge, payable locally on arrival or departure. Additional cleaning/linen and towel charge can be arranged to suit your needs. |

Notes on accommodation
This is a non-smoking property. It is air-conditioned in the living area with full heating from radiators in all rooms if required. The pool is safely fenced off for young children’s safety.
Outside
Spacious terrace leading to a private garden with own swimming pool. The pool is securely fenced off for safety. There is a table, 6 chairs, and parasol for your use. There is also a large upstairs solarium with 4 sun-loungers. A further 4 sun-loungers are stored in the garden storeage box if required. A BBQ for outdoor dining is also provided.
Coast/Beach
Within a 15 minute drive you will find the beautiful sandy beaches of the Mar Menor. The local town of Los Alcazares (10 minute drive) also has a beautiful beach and promenade. Both offer a wide variety of bars and restaurants.
Golf
The golf course at La Torre is an 18 hole par 68 course, designed by Jack Nicklaus. This is challenging and beautifully landscaped course, ideal for golfers of all levels. Special golf rates are available for guests of Villa Estilo. The golf course has a full range of facilities including a driving range, putting green, club and buggy hire, and a golfing academy. Additional Jack Nicklaus designed courses at sister resorts can also be played at the same discounted rates. There are also a number of other local courses available to play.
2 sets of golf clubs are available for guests to use.
Travel
15 minute drive from San Javier (Murcia) airport. 50 minute drive from Alicante airport. Most airlines service these airports.
Distances
The cathedral city of Murcia is a 20 minute drive away and offers great shopping and sight-seeing to appeal to all. The ancient town of Cartagena is a 25 minute drive away. Guidebooks and further details of local attractions can be found in the villa. Good choices of restaurants are nearby as are supermarkets/hypermarkets/shopping malls. For nightlife the 'La Manga Strip' is the place to go!
Further details
The Costa Calida boasts over 320 days of sunshine per year with temperatures ranging from 12C to 22C in the winter, and 18 to 35C in the summer months, making it an ideal location for both golfers and holiday makers alike. The area benefits from many nature and tourist attractions and a whole host of activities from watersports to horse riding.
Booking notes
A 25% non–refundable deposit is required when booking with the balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival. A £150 security deposit is also required on booking – this will be refunded after departure and once the property has been inspected. A 60 Euro final clean charge is payable locally on arrival (if you choose the meet and great option) or on departure.
