The gated complex with 24hr security provides a safe and secure enviroment keeping the complex exclusive to its residents. The complex itself boasts a large jacuzzi, gymnasium, paddle tennis courts, saunas, 6 swimming pools, and children's enclosed swimming pools. This fabulous air conditioned apartment comprises 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the main bathroom has a large bath with a seperate shower enclosure. The dining room table seats up to 6 people in comfort and the patio area with its outdoor table and chairs overlooks one of the stunning swimming pools. The apartment also accommodates a modern kitchen and utility room. A full clean, fresh bedding and fresh towels will be provided on your day of arrival. High chair and cot at no extra cost.

Notes on accommodation
As the Costa Del Sol enjoys an average of 320 days a year of sunshine this ideally situated secure apartment is the perfect place for a family holiday or for a keen golfer who wants to be close to some of the fabulous championship golf courses available in near proximity.
Accessibility
The complex itself although quite large is very easy to get around. The gates at the front of the building are electronic and the apartment itself has a lift almost to the front door.
The grounds to the complex are well lit up at night and the pathways mainly consist of block paving with beautiful plants, trees and bushes either side.
Outside
This secure and exclusive complex has 6 very impressive swimming pools all with plenty of sun beds to go around (free of charge). All swimming pools have a lifeguard during pool opening hours. Each pool area has an enclosed children's pool making it very safe for a toddler wanting some pool fun. We ask that clients provide their own beach towels for the swimming pool. The gardening maintenence team keep the ground sin tip top condition, making the complex a pleasure to view in the day or at night.
Coast/Beach
The position of the apartment makes it great for a 5 minute walk to the beach. Opposite the entrance to the complex is a very short block paved path which leads to a great beach bar and access to sun beds on the beach, which overlook Gibralter and North Africa on a clear day.
Golf
There are numerous Championship golf courses in close proximity to the complex. Below I have listed just a few, although booking in advance is adviseable.
Los Flamingos 10mins away, El Pariaso 15 mins away, Guadalamina 5 mins away, Atalaya 10 mins away.
Skiing
You can enjoy skiing in the mountains of the Sierra Nevada that are within 2 hours of the apartment. The ski season tends to be from December to May.
Travel
The most convienient airport to the complex is Malaga which is approx 45 kilometres away and will take approx 45 mins by car. We recommend that you hire a vehicle from the airport, that way you will find it easier to visit many places during your stay.

Further details
Surrounding the complex there are many local restaurants and supermarkets all within walking distance. Simply take one of the exits from the complex, head for the main road and cross over the main footbridge. The shops, restaurants and supermarket are convieniently positioned near each other. The apartment itself has a great selection of approx 25 of the latest DVDs including lots of films for children as well as a selection of games for the PSP2.
Booking notes
Once you have decided that you would like to book the apartment, you will firstly need to check availability. When you find available dates a deposit of £250 will be needed to confirm your booking. The balance of your booking plus a £250 bond will be needed 14 days before your departure date. When the apartment has been checked at the end of your stay, the bond will be returned in full provided the apartment has been left in a satisfactory condition.

Hi, I live in Manchester with my wife and 3 children. I am 40 ish years old and love visiting Spain with my family as many times as we can get over there.
Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
We all love the area of the apartment as it seems to be central to a lot of things happening. It is close to some beautiful beaches and some great bars and restaurants.
There really is something for everyone here.
The area is easily accessible with Malaga airport less than an hours drive away.
