Estepona approx. 7 kilometres, San Pedro approx 5 kilometres. Puerta Banus approx. 7 kilometres. Marbella within 30 mins drive. Seville and Toledo 3/5 hours drive by car or bus from San Pedro bus station.

About the owner
Our airy house with its leafy outlook is owned by 3 friends who enjoyed visiting the Costa del Sol so much that they decided to buy and share a house near the beach. We wanted to take more holidays ourselves as well as letting the property on a commercial basis. We bought the house approximately 10 years ago. It is a lovely corner house at the end of a terrace with a small private garden. It has easy access to all communal activities, which appealed to us, as well as being very near the beach. This property has been a very successful retreat for us and our guests over a period of many years, as well as a commercial success.
