All of which are surrounded by the award winning subtropical gardens and waterfalls that make this development so breathtaking. As featured on TV programme 'A Place in the Sun' El Campanario was described as an 'unfound jewel'. The apartment itself has a huge terrace with dining area facing onto the gardens and pool. Both the living room and master bedroom lead on to this terrace. The second bedroom is a twin room and also has its own balcony. Both have spacious fitted wardrobes. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The 3-seater sofa in the lounge converts into double bed. From the terrace, on a clear day you can see the across the sea to Africa, where the Atlas mountains tower above the shoreline. Aside from some of Spain's most famous golf courses, Puerto Banus is just a stones throw away, 5 mins in a taxi.

Suitable for wheelchair user as we are on first floor but there is a lift opposite our apartment.

Distances
El Campanario is situated on the border of Estepona and Marbella regions. It is approx 5 mins drive from Puerto Banus. The route to the apartment is very straightforward and is easily accessible from the N340/A7.

Within the complex there is the use of the stylish country club restaurant and bar, but further restaurants (approx 10 restaurants and cafes - Italian, French, Indian Chinese and Spanish), a few bars, 2 supermarkets, internet cafe, pharmacy, cash machine and taxi rank are short stroll away. Also on a Saturday there is a street market by the restaurants and bars. It is located in an area often referred to as Diana, and the Diana commercial centre offers shops, bars and restaurants. El Campanario is an exclusive complex with 24 hour security. The surroundings are beautiful, with breathtaking mountains views, gardens and tasteful architecture. El Campanario boasts stunning sea views to the South, where the horizon is only broken by the rock of Gibraltar and Morrocco.
