Situated on a Moorish style, white walled urbanisation, set amongst very well cared for tropical gardens with a palm lined road leading to the large communal pool, supermarket, poolside bars and restaurants. Ideal location for couples and families alike. Views from our balcony and garden are stunning! A regular half hourly bus service runs into town at a very low cost. Nerja also boasts the best climate in Europe due to it's sheltered location. It still has a very Spanish feel with lots of festivals throughout the year and over 100 bars and restaurants in the town. Unlike other parts of the Costa there are no high rise buildings to spoil your view. Nerja also boasts 5 beaches and the beautiful Balcon de Europa (a palm-lined avenue extending from the town square into the sea where artists and musicians gather). We have an agent on site to deal with any problems you may have and because this is our second home we take pride in maintaining it to the highest standards.

Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds.
For bookings of three weeks or more discounts are available. Please add £30 per week for Christmas and New year, 20 December - 6 January.
Changeover day
Changeover days are totally flexible to suit your flight days, but occupation unless otherwise previously arranged can not be before 2pm and you should vacate by 10am on depature day.
| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 with double bed and double glazed doors leading to the south facing balcony. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds and en-suite bathroom. There is wardrobe space in both bedrooms, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets and lamps. Space for extra bed/cot. |
| Bathrooms: | The spacious main bathroom has a luxurious feel to it in creams and white. It is bright and airy with a corner shower enclosure. Basin/vanity unit stretches across one wall with a huge mirror above. The en-suite is very spacious with a bath with shower. |
| Kitchen: | Seperate kitchen with ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer surface oven/grill. More than ample cooking utensils, glasses, crockery, cutlery and picnic items. Can be closed off from main appartment when not in use. |
| Utility Room: | Located on the lower level, (entrance from garden) contains washing machine, spin dryer, water heater, extra garden chairs, beds etc plus washhand basin. |
| Living Rooms: | Comfortable lounge with television, DVD, Ipod speaker/charger. Access to all free to view television channels. Range of cabinet units and books for your use. The seperate dining room has circular table, four chairs and matching glass cabinet. |
| Other: | The apartment also has for your use a wall safe and a selection of beach toys and paddling pool in the cupboard on the balcony. There is a table and seating for six people located on the balcony along with sun loungers and parasols for the garden. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Cleaning and linen is included in the cost, with change of linen every seven days. A welcome pack of basics ie milk, coffee, tea, bread, spread, eggs and a bottle of wine is also included in the cost. We do not supply beach towels. |
Notes on accommodation
There are electric fans for the summer and oil filled electric radiators in each room. Because we have a large garden you can let the children play and enjoy the small paddling pool whilst you are on the balcony relaxing and soaking up the atmosphere.
Accessibility
Our apartment is not suitable for wheelchair users.
Outside
A large sheltered balcony with sun drenched garden, ideal for alfresco catering, sunbathing or just relaxing with a good book.
Coast/Beach
The beautiful beach at Burriana is about a 5 - 6 minute drive from San Juan Capistrano where you can find numerous beachside restaurants and bars most of which offer locally caught seafood. There is also a well known diving school located at Burriana beach should you wish to explore the depths of the Mediterranean. There are four other sheltered beaches all in close proximity to the apartment.
Golf
There are numerous golf courses in the area the nearest is about 12 miles away in the direction of Malaga.
Skiing
You can ski in the Olympic resort in the Sierra Nevada mountains which is approximately an hour away and very close to the city of Granada. The season runs from November until the end of March.
Travel
Malaga airport is 45 mins away by car, Granada airport is approximately 60 mins away by car, both of which are linked to Nerja via motorway. A car can be hired from both Airports and is recommended.
Distances
Granada and the famous Alhambra is 60 minutes away via the motorway and is well worth visiting, but please book in advance during the summer months. Malaga was the birth place of Picasso and there is a very good museum dedicated to his works near the castle in Malaga. The famous caves of Nerja are only about 10 mins drive and are one of the most spectacular cave systems you will ever see. If you are interested in Roman Archaeology then you can see Roman ruins at Almunecar 15 mins drive away.
Further details
If you enjoy walking, the National Park is at the back of the urbanisation and is ideal for a stroll or a good hike for the more energetic. Many other activities available include horse riding, golf and water parks.

A deposit of 50% is required at time of booking with the balance plus £150 refundable deposit due 6 weeks prior to your stay.
