Two bedroom ground floor apartment with a fully fitted kitchen, open dining area and pleasant lounge leading out to a sunny patio and secluded garden. Close by is a shared private swimming pool and tennis court. In the bedrooms and the sitting room are large ceiling fans - an absolute must in the hotter months. All bedlinen, towels and tea towels are provided and changed every week. The promenade of Nerja boasts the famous Balcon de Europa from which you can experience magnificent views over the Mediterranean sea or take a pleasant walk along a stunning seaside path towards Burriana beach! You can enjoy many beach restaurants offering a wide variety of food or just relax, read or soak up the sunshine and watch the world go by. Nerja also provides an excellent base from which to explore other parts of Spain, including Frigiliana once voted Spain's prettiest village, and Granada with the world heritage Alhambra palace!

Other: Patio and garden provide a sunny area and dramatic sunsets.
Garden furniture includes table, four chairs and two sun loungers.

Nerja boasts 16 km of beaches, a 20 minute walk or short taxi ride (approx 5 Euros) take you to the town beaches or Burriana. All major water sports, including scuba diving, water skiing and sailing are available.

Golf
The nearest golf course is Bavaria, a short drive (15 min) away, a local course is under construction and there are several others a little further afield.

Travel
Malaga airport 40 minute drive.
Granada airport 1.5 hours drive.
Regular Bus services to Malaga and airport from Nerja bus station.
To get the most from your visit, car hire is recommended (Hire from airport or locally in Nerja).

Distances
Bus stop to Frigiliana and Nerja town centre 3 minute walk from apartment. Frigiliana and the Caves of Nerja are about 10 minute drive away as are the nearby village of Maro and the town of Torrox.

Further details
'La Noria' is the nearest restaurant, within 2 minute walk. Run by a Spanish family. Beautiful terrace. Food is very good and La Noria has a lovely welcoming atmosphere. Not expensive. We recommend you eat there sometime during your stay.
Supersol and Mercadona supermarkets are good, they are a 20 minute walk away, both have car parking.

Booking notes
A £50 non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Full balance to be paid 4 weeks in advance of departure. If booked less than 4 weeks prior to departure full balance is to be paid on booking.
