Living Rooms: Open plan L-shaped lounge, dining and kitchen area. 2 arm chairs, sofa, TV, DVD, log burning stove, dining table and chairs.
Other: Complimentary food/drinks hamper available on arrival. Exclusive terrace and garden with green lawn, relaxed seating arrangements, pool, outdoor private shower, jacuzzi, barbeque.

Linen and towels are provided and changed weekly. Villa cleaned weekly.

Outside
The villa benefits from its own newly-built private 11 x 5m pool, with roman steps to the shallow end perfect for the children. The pool temperature is usually 31-32C from late May and stays very warm until late in the year because the air temperature during the summer/autumn months is ca 40C!
Newly-built 6-person jacuzzi is available. The jacuzzi temperature is kept at 36C throughout the year!
Outdoor shower in conch-style decorated with blue tiles to match pool.
Large and private sun terrace at the front of the house, under newly built pergola, incorporating outdoor table and chairs. More outdoor table and chairs can be provided for larger parties. Party catering is available by advance booking. Parking and facilities available for larger parties upon request to land above pool area accessed by second driveway from main gate.

Coast/Beach
Tavernes beach is a 30 min drive away via the scenic Simat mountain route. Gandia beach is 40 mins away.

Travel
Valencia airport is 45 mins drive from the villa. Alicante airport is 90 mins drive from the villa. Car hire is essential. Airport transfers can be arranged.

Distances
Xativa is 5 mins drive.

Xativa has ALL necessary facilities.
San Patricio Tennis Club offering tennis, tasty food as well as swimming in a friendly, sociable way is just around the corner!

Booking notes
25% is payable at time of booking and the balance 5 weeks before. A security deposit of 300 euros, payable in cash when you arrive at the house to receive your keys and introduction, this will be returned to you when you come to return the keys at the end of your visit, subject to any deductions for damage.
