The whole villa is light, spacious and modern with both upstairs bedrooms having patio doors leading onto terraces with great views. Ideal for families, couples and golfers with most home comforts supplied including a large number of books, CDs, DVDs, games and some toys. Restaurant, golf, playground, tennis and paddle courts are 5 min walk from the front door.

Changeover day
Changeover dates are flexible.The rental commences at 4.00pm on date of arrival to 10.00am on date of departure but we are happy to be flexible wherever possible on times by prior arrangement.

Notes on accommodation
The villa is air-conditioned/heated and extra oil filled heaters supplied should the need for them arise. Children are most welcome with a variety of games/books/CDs and DVDs supplied for their enjoyment plus a variety of ducks on the lake to watch and feed - These have proved very popular!
Accessibility
The villa is not suitable for wheelchair users but for those unable to tackle a staircase there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the ground floor. At the front door there is one small step to negotiate.
Outside
The villa has a 8m x 4m private pool (maintained weekly) and stands in a walled garden with a terrace by the pool. Whilst in the pool or on the terrace you can enjoy uninterupted views of the golf lake (complete with ducks!) fairway and Spanish hills. There is an outdoor shower for use before and after entering the pool. Sunbeds,a carribean style parasol, table and chairs and BBQ are provided. Secure parking for 2 cars. 2 sun terraces upstairs.
Coast/Beach
The region boasts 274 km of endless white sandy beaches and 2 different seas - the Med and the Mar Menor. The closest beaches are approximately 20 minutes drive bringing you to the Mar Menor a large inland sea where there is a vast array of water sports, beautiful boats,yachts and places to eat and drink. A 40 minute drive brings you to the renowned beach of Calblanque which is spectacular with its golden sand backed by a nature reserve.
Golf
Mosa Trajectum has a 27 hole championship course (stone, olive and pine course) as well as a par 3 challenge course, putting practice and driving range.
Renting our villa gives you 60% DISCOUNT ON GREEN FEES for up to 4 people. The green fees for 2007 BEFORE DISCOUNTS are as follows (NB: amounts in Euros): challenge course 30.00 (junior 21.00), Championship Courses: 9 holes 45.00 (junior 32.00), 18 holes 80.00 (junior 56.00), 27 holes 110.00.
Buggies and wheels are available for hire.
For those wishing to play on a variety of courses there are many in the area such as Torrepacheco, Hacienda del Alamo, Altorreal, Ria de Vigo and La Finca to name a few.
Travel
The closest airports are:Murcia (San Javier) - approx 20 mins by car. Alicante - approx 50 mins by car.
Try easyjet, Ryanair, bmi baby and monarch for flights. Car hire is essential for full enjoyment of holiday but is not expensive.

All information regarding the villa, places to visit, shops, restaurants, supermarkets, medical info. etc are all contained within a folder in the villa but if you have any queries at all, just contact us and we will be only too happy to help. Should cots/highchairs be required, this can be arranged for a small fee.
Booking notes
A booking form, terms and conditions will be emailed/posted to you. A 25% non-refundable deposit must accompany bookings to secure the reservation. Balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday along with a security deposit of £200. The security deposit will be returned to the client within 10 days of the safe return of the keys to the owner as long as no loss or damage has occurred during the clients stay. Keys and directions are sent one week before holiday departure.
