The villa is spacious, modern and beautifully furnished. It has been equipped with high quality fixtures and fittings and is ideal for anyone who wants something special. Just a few mins drive to popular and cosmopolitan resorts of Moraira and Calpe with their beautiful sandy beaches that were awarded the prestigious Blue Flag for cleanliness and are well tended and safe for family bathing. There is a fabulous marina and superb selection of pavement cafes, bars, restaurants and shops. Along the coast you have the resorts of Javea and Denia and Altea. There is spectacular scenery to be found inland, with villages of the Jalon and Orba valleys surrounded by orange, almond and olive groves. There are regular weekly markets that take place during the summer months. For the family there is 'Aqualandia' Water Theme Park, the 'Mundomar' Animal Water Park and 'Terra Mitica', one of Europe's largest Theme Parks. 1hr drive to Valencia where you can visit Port America's Cup.

Changeover day
The villa is available from 4.00 pm on the day of arrival and needs to be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure.

Notes on accommodation
A cot and high chair can be rented for any small children. In addition there is also an outdoor heated jacuzzi. Further photos are available.
Accessibility
The pool is on the same level as the villa with roman steps making it easy to negotiate and also child friendly. It is private and secure. With it's wide arches and the only stairs being to the master suite it is suitable for anybody with mobility problems.
Outside
The villa is set on a 1000m2 flat plot, with small sea views. The garden is partly laid to lawn and partly gravel areas and borders, it is well maintained and provides a beautiful setting with exotic flowers and plants, fruit trees and olive trees. The large terrace provides ample space for lounging by the private pool, sunloungers are provided together with outdoor dining furniture on the covered terrace for alfresco dining using the barbeque. The outdoor heated jacuzzi makes an ideal place to relax in the evening while watching the sun go down with a glass of bubbly.
Coast/Beach
There is a small beach very close to the villa, less than five minutes in a car. The main beaches of Calpe are a ten minute drive away and Moraira beach fifteen minutes.
Golf
San Jaime golf course is a 15 minute drive and La Sella is approximately 40 minutes. Alicante and Oliva Nova are an hour away.
Travel
The closest airports are Alicante and Valencia. We recommend car hire although we can organise transfers on request. Travelling distance is approximately one hour to Alicante airport and approximately one and a quarter hours to Valencia.
Further details
There are several restaurants within a five minute drive, two English, one Spanish, a Chinese, a beach bar and a cafeteria. However there are copious amounts of restaurants in Moraira and Calpe to choose from catering to all tastes and budgets. There is a comprehensive supermarket also a five minute drive away with a fabulous deli counter, fresh bread baked on the premises and anything that you may miss form the UK including your daily newspaper. There are large supermarkets a ten minute drive away to stock up for your holiday. If you are arriving at an awkward time we can arrange to get the necessities in for you. There is a bank also within a five minute drive.
Booking notes
25% deposit is required to book the villa, the balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival. A refundable damage deposit is required £200 for 1 to 4 guests and £300 for 5 to 8 guests, all 2 week stays are £300.
