Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds for 4 persons. For each extra person £60 per week should be added to the price.
Changeover day
Normal changeover day will be Saturday. Arrival time from 5pm
Departure time before 10am. Circumstances allowing, these days/times may be flexible.

Notes on accommodation
Children and animals should be accompanied by adults at all times in the pool area as we cannot accept responsibility for any unforeseen incidents. Instruction manuals for air conditioning in relevant rooms. Air-conditon units can also be set for heat. We ask that A/C is used prudently and windows kept closed whilst in use to avoid electricity unit burning out.

Accessibility
The property has not been specifically adapted for mobility problems (ie widening of doors), but all areas (except the rooftop terrace) are on one level and reasonably accessible from car park to house, courtyard, cave and pool.
Outside
Swimming pool 8x4m private outdoor, with Roman end and steps. Poolside shower (neither heated). Large terraced area surrounds the pool. Very private. Underwater and poolside lighting. BBQ within an open cave near pool. Loungers and chairs stored in dining room whilst property is not in use. Car port in parking area. Sun terrace with marble table is situated above the main level, assessible via rustic stairs. The patio is accessible through French doors in one of the house bedrooms. Mountain shrubs line the private road connecting bottom level of property to next level. Sun umbrellas are available, but not advisable to use when windy. The whole property is most private with no immediate neighbours. As there is no street lighting, it is suggested that one of the courtyard lights is left on when going out for the evening, this makes finding the right key a lot easier. It is also suggested the property is locked (house, courtyard and gates) when leaving the property unattended.
Coast/Beach
Several Beaches/Coast approx 50 mins drive. Boat trips starting from Santiago de la Ribiera to the far side of the Mar Menor.
Golf
Golf courses in the area. See house book on coffee table in lounge. These include Polaris World Championship courses (on the road to Murcia Airport) and more local courses.
Skiing
A pleasant drive to Sierra Nevada 3½ hours. A resort renowned for late season skiing.
Travel
Car hire is imperative as the villa lies at the head of a valley in the mountains. Alicante airport approx 50 mins drive SW to property. Murcia airport approx 50 mins drive NW to property. (Murcia closes at night, so in the event of any delay/transfer, car arrangements could be jeopardised). Calais approx 1200 miles (two day drive approx). New road bypasses the nearby town of Fortuna, making the drive up to the villa much easier with lovely mountain views on the way.

Local town of Fortuna 7.5km. Murcia City 33km. Spa Baths Fortuna 7km. Spa Baths, Archena 30km approx. Monte Aguado (amazing statue on top of a mountain) 15km approx. New Condominium (shopping centre) on the way to Murcia (A7) 15km approx. See coffee table in house lounge for other places worth visiting.
Further details
There is a weekly market on Saturdays in the centre of Fortuna. Banks open 8am - 2pm Mon - Fri. ATM's available. Pharmacy: One is situated close to church in the centre of Fortuna. Supermarkets. Several around town. directions given to Intermarche next to the church (see House book). Internet cafe in Fortuna with economical telephone/e-mail facilities. Mobile phone problems: Expert (electrical) shop in the High Street of Fortuna on RHS. Many little shops in Fortuna. Until you walk round, you will not see them. Tourist Board close to main traffic lights in Fortuna.
Booking notes
Non returnable £100 deposit per week to be paid to secure date of vacation. Balance to be paid four weeks prior to holiday. Once final payment received, keys, directions and further ueful information will be sent by post. Cheques to be made payable to J. Bennett.
