Changeover day
Normal changeover day will be Saturday. Arrival time from 4pm

Accessibility
The property has not been specifically adapted for mobility problems (ie widening of doors), but all areas (except the rooftop terrace) are on one level and reasonably accessible from car park to house and cave.
Outside
Swimming pool 8x4m private outdoor, with Roman end with steps and poolside shower (not heated). Large terraced area surrounds the pool. Very private. Underwater and poolside lighting. BBQ near pool. Loungers and chairs stored in swimming pool cave.
Coast/Beach
Several Beaches/Coast approx 50 mins drive. Boat trips starting from Santiago de la Ribiera to Islands in the Mar Menor with restaurants specialising in fresh sardines.
Golf
Many golf courses in the area. See House book on coffee table in lounge. These include Polaris World Championship courses (on the road to Murcia Airport) and more local courses.
Skiing
A pleasant drive to Sierra Nevada 3½ hours. A resort renowned for late season skiing.
Travel
Alicante airport approx 50 mins drive Southwest direction to property. Murcia airport approx 50 mins drive Northwest direction to property. Calais approx 1200 miles (two day drive approx).
Distances
Local town of Fortuna 7.5km. Murcia City 33km. Spa Baths Fortuna 7km. Spa Baths, Archena 30km approx. Monte Aguado (amazing statue on top of a mountain) 15km approx. New Condominium (shopping centre) on the way to Murcia (A7) 15km approx.
Further details
There is a weekly market on Saturdays in the centre of Fortuna. Banks open 8am - 2pm Mon - Fri. ATM's available. Pharmacy: One is situated close to church in the centre of Fortuna. Supermarkets. Several around town. directions given to Intermarche next to the church (see House book). Internet cafe in Fortuna with economical telephone facilities. Mobile phone problems: Expert (electrical) shop in the High Street of Fortuna on RHS. Many little shops in Fortuna. Until you walk round, you will not see them.

Non returnable £100 deposit to be paid to secure date of vacation. Balance to be paid ten weeks prior to holiday.
