A modern secure apartment, access via security door with intercom. The property is tastefully furnished in a development of landscaped gardens in which in the centre is a pool. From the entrance door a hall leads in to a large lounge/dining area with further doors opening on to balcony where table and chairs are provided for outdoor dining. The hall gives access to kitchen with all mod cons, fridge/freezer, microwave, full cooker/oven, bathroom with bath and shower. Bedroom with double wardrobe and good storage space. Cooling ceiling fans in all rooms (central heating for winter). Large outdoor pool and smaller children's pool. Indoor sauna and gym. Five minutes walk to the beach where a variety of bars and restaurants are available. The apartment is self catering but arrival food hampers can be arranged. Pick up from the airport can be arranged and guests will be met on arrival.

Coast/Beach
Location 5 minutes walk to the beautiful sandy half-moon bay with a gentle slope to the sea and accredited by the World Health Organization with a blue flag standard. Monitored by the Red Cross Beach Patrol the beach is ideal for young and old alike. Behind the beach is a promenade lined with bars and restaurants offering everything from live bands to traditional restaurants. There is a small fair for the children in the summer months with rides, trampoline and go-karts.

Golf
Golf Information The Costa Blanca has many renowned golf courses of which 5 are less than an hours drive. Javea itself has 2 the internationally renowned 18-hole course La Sella which is less than 20 minutes away and a 9-hole course which is more difficult than it looks and has superb views of the 'landmark' Montgo mountain. There are further 9-hole courses at Moraira and Altea and a new 18-hole Seve Balesteros designed course at Oliva around 30 minutes away. There are also very good courses at Valencia and Alicante, in particular the famous 18-hole championship links course at El Saler, for those who don’t mind a drive before a round.

Further details
The town comprises of 3 areas, the old town, fishing harbour and the beach Arenal area. It has a relaxed and typically Spanish atmosphere. Javea is blessed with clear blue seas and a lovely sandy beach. The half moon shaped beach offers sand and shallow waters. Water sports operate from the pebble beach approximately 1/2km from the apartment. There is also great snorkeling at Granadella. The town is dominated by the impressive Montgo Mountain which provides excellent walking and sightseeing opportunities. The old town offers typically old Spanish architecture in particular the gothic church of San Bartolome. Javea has it all: sandy beaches, great restaurants and bars, authentic Spanish culture, a lovely old town, a bustling port -altogether a place you will want to return to year after year. Bathed by the Mediterranean sea and sheltered from the continental winds by Mount Montgo. Although Javea is cosmopolitan it is still typically Spanish

The rates include the provision of linen and towels which are changed weekly, full cleaning between lets, all gas, water and electricity.
