Notes on prices
Cancellations: Must be made in writing or email and will be acknowledged via email by the owners. In the event of cancellation, refunds will be made as follows: 4 to 6 wks prior to arrival - 50% of balance payment. Less than 4 wks to arrival - no refund. Payment by cheque, bank transfer or c/cards accepted. Please enquire for last minute bookings.
Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible with check in after 2pm and departure by 10am.

Accessibility
The property is all on a single, level surface and the swimming pool area is gated for children's safety.
Outside
There are many fruit trees inside the shady garden, there are gates into the property with private parking and there is a 2m wall for privacy. The 12m tiled and filtered swimming pool has roman steps and is 1.2x2.2m deep, with sunbeds and tables around. There is a BBQ and additional tables and seating areas in the garden.
Coast/Beach
The gorgeous Costa Azahar beaches are only a 20 min drive away and beaches awarded the European blue flag for quality can be found just to the north and south of the city. They range from quiet local beaches on the outskirts to the cosmopolitan Malvarosa promenade just mins from the city centre.
Golf
There are several excellent golf courses nearby, including El Bosque Golf Club and Oliva Nova Golf Club. The most famous Valencian golf club is El Saler - publicly owned and ranked as one of the best 50 courses in the world. Several more courses are planned for the near future.
Travel
Fly to Valencia Airport, then travel for 15 mins along the CV35 motorway towards Ademuz. The villa is located on the outskirts of the small town of Lliria, I will forward a ‘photo map’ from the airport to the villa. Metro or bus from Valencia, which takes approximately 40 mins. Can fly to Alicante and then travel for 2 hours up the main coastal motorway to Valencia.
Distances
Car hire is nessesary as the villa is located approx 5km from the nearest Town (Lliria) where there are many restaurants, bars, supermarkets etc.
Booking notes
Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the price is due at the time of the booking. The balance of the price (75%) is due 6 weeks prior to arrival. If the booking is made less than 6 weeks before arrival, the full amount will be due at the time of booking. We also take a damage deposit of £350, which will be returned at the end of the rental period, subject to inspection of the villa.
