Modern 3 bedroom villa with private pool. Situated in a mature, hillside position with wonderful views over the village and citrus groves to the mountains beyond. In a peaceful location, a short walk from the pretty village of Orba, which has a good range of restaurants, cafes and shops. The villa has a separate bedroom, sitting room, en-suite and small kitchen area at the lower pool level, ideal for grandparents, teenage children or where two couples can share the villa whilst retaining some privacy.

Prices are for the villa per week, and include electricity and gas.
Changeover day
Arrival is after 4pm and the villa must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure, unless special arrangements have been made.

Notes on accommodation
All bedrooms have ceiling fans.
The villa is ideal for families with children. However, it is located on two levels, and is not really suitable for anyone who has difficulty with climbing stairs.
The villa has gas fired central heating (should this be required in the winter!). No pets. No smoking inside the villa.
Accessibility
The villa is located a on a hillside with steps to various levels. We feel therefore that it is unfortunately not suitable for people with mobility problems.
Outside
The villa has an 8m x 4m kidney shaped pool which is for the exclusive use of our guests. There is a tiled terrace with extendable sun awning next to the pool and a shady, covered pergola with permanent seating, next to a barbeque area. There is a large covered balcony accessed from the sitting room by french windows. All have views of the mountains and valley. Terrace and balcony areas are equipped with sun-loungers, parasol, chairs and tables. There is an integral garage and parking on the drive for 2 cars.
Coast/Beach
The closest beach is at Denia, a 20 minute drive. The beaches of Javea, Moraira, and Calpe are less than 30 minutes, and Benidorm is a 40 minute drive away.
Golf
There are 18 hole golf courses 20 minutes away at La Sella and Oliva Nova. There are other courses at Calpe and Javea, both within a 30 minute drive.
Travel
Valencia and Alicante airports are both 1 hour's drive along the A7 motorway. Car hire is really essential to enable you to enjoy the area to the full.
Distances
The village of Orba is a 10 minute walk. Close by are a safari park and caves. Denia is the nearest large town, 20 minutes drive, with a working port, many restaurants, and larger shops. The historic city of Valencia is an hour away. There are interesting villages in the nearby mountains and valleys and the remote village of Guadalest is a 45 minute scenic drive. Benidorm, has the theme park Terra Mitica, water park, live marine shows and a busy night life.
Further details
Within a ten minute walk to the village of Orba you can find small shops, banks, bars, mini-markets, a pharmacy and several good, value-for-money restaurants.
Booking notes
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. The balance is due 2 months before arrival. There is a £150 breakages and damages deposit which is due at the same time as the balance. The costs of electricity and gas are included.
